Established in 2012.

Reconnect Solar was founded by Kyle Lord in 2012 to address the service and maintenance needs of the growing solar industry. Since 2012, we have become the most trusted contractor for Colorado solar companies as well as residential solar homeowners. As a nimble solar maintenance and repair company, Reconnect Solar will continue to meet the service needs and demands of the solar industry.

Meet the Business Owner

Kyle L.

Business Owner

Kyle is the CEO and founder of Reconnect Solar. He has been active in the solar industry since graduating from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a degree in Environmental Studies in 2008. Since 2008, Kyle has installed hundreds of residential PV systems, managed commercial installer crews, volunteered in for solar non-​profits and continues to expand his knowledge and experience in the solar industry. After completing his NABCEP certification, Kyle founded Reconnect Solar as he saw a niche market in the solar industry to service and maintain systems after install. Kyle, a Colorado native, enjoys skiing, climbing, mountain biking, fly fishing or rafting in his free time.
