Established in 1997.

I started selling real estate in 1997 in my last semester of college at CU Boulder. Since then I’ve worked in new home sales, buyer agency with first time buyers and luxury real estate listings. I joined Sothebys in 2007 and work out of the Boulder office serving primarily Boulder County, Longmont and North metro Denver.

Business Owner

Patrick brings to the LIV Sotheby’s team 18 years of real estate sales experience. He began his career in new home sales working in close relationship with builders and home buyers. Currently he focuses on residential listings, relocation and buyer agency in the Boulder-​Denver metro area. Patrick is committed to do the work that is necessary to make buying or selling less stressful and more profitable.

Along with his brokerage background, Patrick is a Colorado native, U.S. Navy veteran

and University of Colorado Business School graduate. He speaks conversational Spanish and enjoys biking, fishing and time off with his wife and two young boys.
