Description

Specialties

Because I know my clients don’t live, work, and breathe real estate like I do, I always do my best to answer questions fully and provide resources that will be helpful in making the decisions that are best for them. I also communicate regularly to ensure my buyers and sellers always have the most up to date information. I specialize in residential real estate, including both single family homes and condos and townhomes. I represent a wide geographic area, including Boulder, Louisville, Superior, Lafayette, Broomfield, Longmont, Denver, and all surrounding areas. Whatever your housing needs, I look forward to working with you!

History

Established in 2012.

Over the last decade, I’ve been lucky enough to work in all facets of the business at RE/MAX of Boulder. I began my real estate career answering phones and assisting fellow agents, which helped shape me into a knowledgeable and professional Realtor. Since moving from Michigan to Colorado in 2000, I have developed a comprehensive understanding of the areas neighborhoods and amenities and am always excited to talk about the current real estate market.

Meet the Business Owner

Patty B.

Business Owner

I grew up in Niles, Michigan, a small town outside South Bend, Indiana, home of the Notre Dame Fighting Irish and moved to Boulder, Colorado in the summer of 2000. I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Exercise Science at Colorado State University.

My husband, Shannon, and I can’t get enough of the Colorado mountain ranges, hiking, biking, skiing, camping, snowshoeing, and retreat to our second favorite place, Roatán, Honduras, as often as we can. Our GSP’s, Chile and Wyatt, love Colorado as much as we do and are always close by during our mountain adventures. Having adopted them from the shelter, we support the Humane Society of Boulder Valley by participating in the annual Doggie Dash and fundraising to provide any help we can to other animals in need.
