Business Owner

Liz loves oranges, sunshine, hammocks, creating and consuming living food. Morning walks and superfood smoothie bowls are her favorite ways to start the day and raw desserts, she believes are best enjoyed with our eyes closed.

Ten years ago Liz embarked on a personal health journey which has led her to discover the most authentic and enlivening ways to eat, think and feel incredible. She has traveled around the world exploring cultures, communities, cuisines and landscapes and learned over and over again what it means to live alive. Liz is over the moon passionate about living clean, happy, vibrant and alive and hopes to share her vision and light with yours.
