Our team members have lived in the Western Washington area for over 20 years and have become a community leaders in the Seattle Metro area. The Bond Team at RE/​MAX Northwest was formed in 2012 and has built a solid base of clients in the Puget Sound region allowing our team to navigate and overcome the trends taking shape in the real estate market. The Bond Team is comprised of successful Realtors that have backgrounds in Finance and military experience so that we can serve all types of clients that relocate into the area. Our rich background brings strong analytical skills and negotiating ability, coupled with an approach of tailoring real estate to individual’s needs that puts The Bond Team in a category far above other realtors.

The Bond Team was created by Jake Bond after seeing a customer service void that his clients were experiencing when they wanted to buy and sell homes. Having a background as a financial advisor allowed him to create a better informed and strategic real estate team that focuses on the individual needs of their clients. Family and community is the center focus of why Jake strives to consistently bring a high level of service to our clients. Jake and The Bond Team believes that when someone buys a home in our community they become part of the family, because of this we go above and beyond to earn their trust and business.
