Fast service but just a real shotty job overall. Scott did a color change (shellac) over acrylic (no fill). Did not use base coat and when I showed a pic of design, he tried something similar (ombré sparkle). Done less than 30 mins, $ 25. I drove straight done the street to TD Nails on Winesap for re-​do and am thrilled with them.

This place is beautiful! I got an eyebrow wax though and it was not even… Stray hairs. And it seemed to be more painful than waxes I’ve gotten at other places. Since they give complimentary drinks, I asked for a slushie. Never got one :(

Worst experience getting my nails done ever! I had been to Bella Dolche Nails several times before and was satisfied with the quality and price of their manicures, until the last time I went. I got the deluxe manicure that comes with the option of a paraffin wax or a hot stone arm massage. Unfortunately my nail technician took an hour and a half to do a shellac manicure, and I told her I needed to leave for an appointment and would only be doing the classic manicure, as I never received either the paraffin wax or a hot stone arm massage. After I left, my friend and I realized that we were both charged twice for our manicures. When we went back into the salon and explained that their pricing guide says a deluxe manicure costs only $ 20, the receptionist said they charge an additional $ 20 for shellac. So they are charging $ 40 for a shellac manicure (absurdly over priced for the quality). I also explained that I did not have time for the full deluxe manicure, and only received the description of a classic manicure ($ 15). When my nail technician was asked about which service I received, she lied and said she did the paraffin wax for me on my arms. After repeatedly explaining that we were told the deluxe manicure would only cost $ 20, the receptionist told us we were wrong, but started to refund me anyway… Only to give me $ 2.50 back to compensate for both of us being double charged! Needless to say, I have never been treated so rudely at a nail salon, and recommend that you go to a salon where you will actually get what you paid for and receive service from technicians that have more experience with customer service. Overall the experience was extremely frustrating and the staff left us feeling completely invalidated. I will never give my business to this nail salon again!

There was a little waiting time but I would say it was worth the wait. I got Christmas colors and they look amazing!

Had a pedicure and an eyebrow and lip wax here. The pedi was rushed, they asked what type of lotion and oil I’d like and used a different kind. It was just OK.
THE WORST part was my wax. I am a licensed cosmetologist and the wax was not warm enough. It hurt when she tried to spread it on and felt like she was ripping my skin off, literally. It was the roughest most painful wax I’ve ever had. And as a result part of my skin was removed above my lip. I will NOT return.
The place is nice looking but THATS IT.

This is one of the better nail salons I’ve been to in this price bracket. It is very affordable, clean, tastefully decorated, and the staff were friendly to me.
I heard about Bella Dolche from a Val Pak coupon (30% off! Looks through yours the next time it comes!). I only get my nails done occasionally, and get my eyebrows waxed every couple of months. The manicure was $ 15 and she was very quick and did a neat job. Eyebrows came out nice and cost $ 10.
It seemed pretty busy for a Thursday evening but I didn’t have to wait at all. One thing that is different than other places I’ve been to is she had me pay before putting the color on, and put my jacket back on. I thought it was a little odd but then she explained that its so I don’t scuff my nails messing with that stuff. Genius.
Maybe I am just not very picky, as someone who goes to a nail salon maybe 4 or 5 times a year, if that, but this was a better experience than I’ve had at most other places.
The only thing that would make this better for me is if they served wine :)

The place looks nice inside, but it was the worst shellac manicure I’ve ever had, both in service and quality. The technician tore up my nails, was stingy with polish, and seemed rushed. Don’t waste your time or money.

I stopped at this nail salon with a friend and was immediately impressed with the salon, it’s beautiful. I was given an order form to indicate what services I wanted. I thought this was neat. The service was prompt and we didn’t have to wait long to be seated. I ordered a complimentary beverage, but I never received it. I had a full set put on and was pretty annoyed when she began painting them and i noticed it looks like they already had a week of grow out. My friend had the same issue with her set. However I had a hand painted design that I thought she did pretty well. I didn’t even make it two weeks before needing a fill though. Overall I felt pretty rushed and prefer a salon with more of an eye for detail

Love this place! New favorite spot, EXTREMELY clean and great customer service! Will definitely be return!

Love this nail salon.
It is beautiful and the service is professional.
They have a form that you fill out, checking the boxes for what services you want. I have not had any «upselling» attempts here, they just refer back to the form.
The salon is clean, I have always been satisfied with the services (my standard is a pedi and shellac mani).
I also appreciate that there is no weirdness at the end with paying or tipping with a credit card. Both are fine and you won’t get any attitude for it.
They are more expensive than other salons in the area, but worth it. Whenever I cheat I leave the other salon feeling like I should have just spent the extra couple of dollars and come here for the better service and experience.

Walked in without an appointment and both my friend and I were greeted so nicely and were given spots at the manicure stations within five minutes of arriving.
My friend had never gotten acrylics before, and we decided to go get a full set done together. My friend got Mary, who only hurt her once and apologized immediately. She liked her nails, but Mary neglected to ask her what shape she’d like them in, and seemed rather rushed, leaving lots of little bubbles in her nails, which my friend is very bothered by.
However, I got Le, who seemed angry that I wanted a full set, and cut me/​filed my skin quite a few times and didn’t even look up. My nails are also crooked, uneven, and Le painted them very poorly. I ended up leaving with splotchy nail polish and rounded acrylics, which I was very disappointed about because I asked for very clean, square nails.
Another thing to note; neither of our nail techs trimmed our cuticles or pushed them back, which was bothersome but not too big of an issue. Just keep this in mind if you go in for a full set…
All-​in-​all, I’m disappointed! I’d heard such lovely things, and even though the atmosphere was lovely and I did enjoy myself when I wasn’t being filed to the bone, my nails are so bothersome and I don’t know if I’ll return.

Great nail place, highly recommend!
$ 26 for classic pedicure. They are spacious, clean (use disposable plastic covers in pedi tubs), usually have well trained front desk staff, and the technicians are always friendly. Great massage chairs too!
Can get busy on weekends but they are nice about letting you soak in a chair while waiting.
Did I mention free slushies?!

Worst gel manicure ever!!! I would give it zero stars, if possible. I was in the area for training this week and decided to try out this salon because it had decent reviews. I walked in and was impressed by the greeting and the salon itself is beautiful. They offered me a complimentary drink and sat me down. The gal who was doing my nails didn’t communicate well in English, but that doesn’t really bother me. What bothers me is when I specifically tell them to be careful because I have deep nail beds and then get sliced so hard my finger won’t stop bleeding. For the first time ever, I actually shrieked in pain. She immediately started to apologize, but that didn’t help. I don’t know about anyone else, but I don’t like to make a scene and I’m usually willing to let it slide. BUT IT WOULDN’T STOP BLEEDING. At this point, I’m worried about getting an infection. She got something to help stop the bleeding and it worked temporarily. I should have stopped her and just walked out. But I didn’t. She proceeded to finish giving me a French gel manicure. Not sure if she was just off her game because she cut me already, but she proceeded to give me the worst French manicure. I kept asking her to clean it up, wipe the white stuff off the tips of my fingers, pry my fingernail from my finger tip, as they kept sticking together. Ugh. I just wanted to get it over with. Again, my fault I didn’t just walk out. After applying the stuff to help me stop bleeding for the third time, she was done and so was I. No tip… I shouldn’t have even paid for the manicure. After I left, I kept steaming and finding more stuff wrong. Bumps all over the tops of my nails. French white polish all over my finger tips, but not all the way across my nail, where it should be. Stuff sticking out. Just really bad. I totally regret not making a scene and demanding they remove the gel and refund my money. No more gel manicures for me. I’m tired of paying for people to poke and cut me and then have to go home and redo it all myself. I’m done. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place!!!

I planned to have gel nails done for my senior prom here and the service was unacceptable. It starting peeling off the next day during a special occassion. Gel nails are supposed to last 2 – 3 weeks. The following day I came back to get it fixed and the customer service was horrible. They wouldn’t let me get it re-​done by someone else. She was rude and very impolite. The outcome of the redo was not pleasing especially since I had a design on one nail and the messiness ruined the appearance of the french nail. I will not be retuning to this nails salon.

I have been a regular here for a few years now and there were a few occasions where the service has been less than what I had expected and other times where the service has been amazing.
This last visit left me less than satisfied (once again) as I had asked for a luxury pedicure and nail art at the beginning before the service was started. I showed the technician the design and although she said she couldn’t do it, she said she could find someone who could. At the end of the appointment she asked the owner and asked around and apologized that no one could do the design. It was a simple flower that other technicians in the salon had done before and so I felt I wasn’t asking for too much. I’m not faulting the technician completely as the color and the manicure was what I had asked for and she was up front with her abilities to do what I asked but the fact that the management did nothing to help her resolve her dilemma in the situation is what is disappointing. I don’t expect perfection every time but in a business where services is your product, I would expect that management and the owners would assist to make the customer service experience satisfactory their highest priority.
Being busy is not an excuse for unsatisfactory service. I will reconsider taking my business elsewhere from this point on.

I am never one to complain or write bad reviews. But I had such an awful experience here today that I just have to say something.
I’ve been a regular patron of this nail salon since they opened. In the beginning my experience was wonderful. Great service, friendly, my nails looked great, same nail techs were always there, etc. I noticed in the last 4 – 6 months that the service has really gone down hill. I’m less and less happy when I leave each time.
This time was the last straw. I had a nice looking fill done 2 weeks ago, but the lady didn’t glue down my natural nail. Within a week my natural nail pulled up and was catching on everything so I had to clip it all down which then weakened the acrylic and led to my nails breaking off. So today I decided to just get a whole new set, start fresh. First off, the lady was not happy with my choice to do that. She seemed highly annoyed. She clipped off the length of the nails and proceeded to take cuticle clippers and literally dig and rip off the acrylic instead of soaking them off (which I’ve had done there in the pass). The pain was pretty awful, I actually had tears in my eyes. I pulled my hands back once and told her she was hurting me and that just made her go harder and faster. At this point my fingers are sore and swollen, two of them were extremely red and my nail bed is extremely thin looking before she put the fresh set on. (Why didn’t I just run out of there after that?! Ugh!)
The lady started putting the acrylic on it was the thickest, sloppiest job I’ve ever seen. I had a picture of pointy almost stilletto nails that I wanted. She filed and filed and I kept telling her pointier. I gave up. They’re uneven and thick and a crappy paint job with polish on my cuticles and acrylic stuck on my fingers.
Unacceptable. The picture is a bit dark, but you can see these obviously aren’t pointy and each nail shape is different. I’m just going to have to grow these out and start fresh with my natural nails. I’m too afraid my nail bed is too thin to make it safe and comfortable to get them done again.

LEARN FROM MY MISTAKES (someone should)! the 4 stars is for NAILS ONLY!
I get mani-​pedis here frequently, as I’m in the area and they do a darn good job. I usually opt for the cheapest version of pedi (crazy, I know, but I don’t actually like getting my feet rubbed) and a shellac mani, and they really do nice work here. Clean lines, even polish that lasts a really long time and looks great. Lots of TVs, non-​alcoholic beverages to chose from — all good stuff. 4 – 4.5 stars for that!
HOWEVER.
They offer other Spa services here too, the usual eyelash extension & fills, waxing. One weekend, while running out of time during the week to go to my usual eyelash place downtown, I gave them a try. Still had some of my last fill affixed to my lashes, pointed at them and ask «Do yours look like these. I really like these, this is the length I want.» «Yes yes they look like that, no problem.» 45 minutes later I look into the mirror to see tarantula legs waving back at me, in all their fake-​plastic, drag-​queen glory. GAAAAAAAH. Paid, ran home, and immediately rubbed make up remover/​soap/​water all over in an effort to get them to fall off, and saw my regular person 2 days later, apologizing profusely for cheating on her.
Lesson learned? NOPE.
Yesterday, again, in an effort to save time later, requested an eyebrow wax after my mani pedi. Please see pic: I now have a solid, bright red, angry burn line underneath my right eyebrow. Which, in addition to being lovely to look at, actually smarts a little! Check the temp of your wax much? It felt really hot going on, I didn’t speak up (my bad — but at that point, its already scalding your skin). The part that makes me a little angry is she totally knew — I was wondering why she applied multiple layers of aloe and just figured I was especially red this time since it had been a while aka lots of little hairs. It wasn’t till I got home and really looked in the mirror that I saw the extent of the burns.
OUCH.

I have come here several times. I typically go when i get the Valpak coupons for 30% off one service. So far I have done a couple full sets, fill, and about 3 brow waxes. The first time I went, I got a wax. The girl did an amazing job! Literally the best my brows have ever looked. Naturally, I decided to come again.
I wanted a full set and a younger guy was working on my nails. Where to start. Overall it took an hour and 15 minutes. The guy was obviously new and he cut me several times and asked me if it hurt. Um, yes. When using the electric buffer, he WAY thinned out one of my nails so you could see an obvious dent. I asked him to refill it. He looked at it and said «oh no, it’s not too bad, the gel top coat will fix it.»
I said «No, I want it fixed. That dips way too low.»
He says «No no. It’s ok.»
I said «Not if you want to get paid.»
He fixed the nail.
Overall they were mediocre if that and I had about 3 fresh cuts. You could see grow-​out after 4 days.
The next few times I went it was OK. They do have good beverage selections and superior interior design. I would rather go to a small ma & pop place to have a better job done.

Lily has done it again! Exceeded my expectations by far! I absolutely recommend her to everyone, I urge you to ask for her. She is always so friendly and polite!
I know I will be back for a very long time because of her!

The nail technicians are very nice. They listen to what you want and execute as requested. The facility is clean and beautifully decorated. They have complimentary beverages, 4 large flat screen tv’s and a large selection of colors if you didn’t bring your own.
They are also conveniently located to Safeway, Fred Meyers, Walgreens, T-​Mobile and Seattle Sun Tan.
