All Star Carpet Cleaning also offers upholstery cleaning. We clean most types of upholstery fiber and use the latest and greatest technology in upholstery cleaning. There is nothing like coming home from a long day at work and sitting down on a beautifully cleaned couch, by All Star Carpet Cleaning.

History

Established in 1990.

Dave, the owner, opened a vacuum store in the late 80’s.

He purchased a professional grade, portable carpet cleaning machine in 1990. Soon after he started renting out the machine, he kept getting customer complaints about how hard it was to use, how long it took to perform the job.

Dave then started going out on weekends to use the portable himself. Not long after that he realized how successful it could be. He opened then opened All Star Carpet Cleaning in 1995. Dave’s motto is «My goal is your satisfaction.»

I have owned All Star Carpet Cleaning as a sole proprietorship for several years. My son Jed has worked with me on and off for about ten years he is doing more and more all the time. We bought a foreclosed house that had been vacant for two years — except squatters. In the meantime the squatters had tracked mud, leaves and all kinds of other stuff onto the carpet throughout the house. We didn’t have much hope many of the rooms could be salvaged but wanted it cleaned in the meantime to see what could be saved and make sanitary in the meantime. Dave came through and gave an estimate and did not many guarantees on the worst rooms. He came on time, and the first thing he did was lower this cost a bit. He and Jason spent 8 hours the first day and another couple hours the next day double scrubbing each room. When they were done I was shocked how good it looked. Many of the rooms looked like brand new carpet, most of the worst came out and looked great. The work saved us thousands of dollars in new carpet. Dave’s price at the end of the job was exactly what he estimated. This was excellent service and work, just wish I could post before/​after pics.

Absolutely EXCELLENT service! Jeb called me ½ hour before and came right on time. He walked through and evaluated the carpets and gave me the options. Was not pushy at all and really listened to my thoughts. He explained the process and did an excellent job with the carpets. Because he owns the company, he was very adamant that I am happy with how the carpets turn out. They have a satisfaction guarantee and will come back to clean again if I’m not happy. But I am very happy!
I came to learn this really is FAMILY run business with him and his dad being the owners, and the sweet lady on the phone doing the scheduling is Grandma!
I will definitely call them back in 6 months to clean my carpets again. It makes a huge difference to have an owner/​operator who very much CARES about his work versus a random employee from a company that couldn’t care less (like we have had in the past.)

I needed an area rug cleaned and another company quoted $ 500 for the job. All Star came out for $ 125 and did a wonderful job. Another friend just used them for her whole house 2600 sf and I was super surprised when they did not try to ask for more money (she had a angies list coupon she bought). He did a wonderful job on her home for the quoted price and she is very pleased. They have a super high rating on Angies list so I am not sure why the bad experiences here, but I guess you can’t make everyone happy.
I will be referring them in the future.

This company is part of Angie’s List family! They have been in business for 25 years! They get excellent reviews on Angie’s List! That says it all right there. Their communication is outstanding! Jeb, our carpet cleaner, is very professional, up front about all costs/​stains, very nice, comfortable around dogs, and has done an outstanding job! They steam clean the carpets — they will dry in only about 4 hours time! I will call All Star Carpet Cleaning to do my carpets from now on. Please give them a call at 425−488−8895! Thank you :)

Terrible. Who ever wrote the last rating of good must have been lucky because I agree with the terrible one. The guy who is the owner was rude when I didn’t want to upgrade my service to remove stains that many others have tried to remove and couldn’t. The work was the worst I’ve ever had. It wasnt worth the money at all. Find someone else.

Don’t waste your time! The add on their website says 2 rooms, up to 400 square for $ 60. The guy showed up and tried to tell me that my two rooms were more than 400 square feet and would require $ 30 more. Then he tried to up sell me (my husband called it the bait and switch) with enzymes and power scrubbing. The final estimate was close to $ 400. Be prepared for a bunch of BS about «all of the extra stuff» on your carpet. Yes, we have a dirty carpet — it is why we wanted it cleaned.
