Established in 1988.

I had a friend that was cleaning carpets. Talked me into trying it out ended up loving it. and make people happy seeing their carpets revived. The company did not stand behind their word. so I left there and started b– happy carpet cleaning in 1988

I would NEVER use this company again. It has a Snohomish address but he told me he is in Clearview which he could be as they are next to each other but he said he doesn’t usually service this area yet in the conversation he mentioned a customer in the gated community which is less then a block from my home. He quoted my husband $ 265 for one room. My husband hired him and this morning I have him a coupon from the paper that says «livingroom and hallway $ 125.00″ — there are no conditions. B– happy Would Not honor the coupon. He said it’s only good within 15 miles of his business. I said the coupon doesn’t say that.
He gave me $ 35 off then charged me 4% for using a credit card. They were here (owner and son) for less then 45 minutes and charged me $ 239.20 for one average size room and the carpet still has stains.
I feel ripped off.
Seriously? Unilocal doesn’t put a last name and the owner does.
Fact is the owner put a coupon in a flier and then refused to honor it. That’s the point, don’t trust them.

We have used B-​Happy Carpet & Upholstery Cleaners for the second time now and they were great. They were professional and took a unique interest in not only doing a great job but in making sure the customer was delighted. I would highly recommend them! Keep up the great work! Bravo!

Just had to send in my update, with all due respect to Mr. David and Miss Toni, are you quite sure you reviewed the correct company? I think not. Here is my latest experience with Bill, I call yesterday, in desperation, to get the carpets cleaned in my parents’ home in Arlington, after it had been trashed by a break-​in while they were both in care centers. Not only did Bill of B-​Happy make it a priority (10:00 am today, thank you very much), he could not have been more kind and professional. And, FYI, his final price for an amazing job in a terrible situation was almost $ 200.00 less than the rough estimate given by Stanley Steamers (and that was a quote to my sister who is a repeat customer of theirs… or was…).
B-​Happy exemplifies the essence of a hometown business: true customer service; quality performance; excellent value; and, above all, someone you can trust. And, he doesn’t even mention how much he gives to local charities, in fact, that is how I first met him, through a gift certificate he generously donated through the Snohomish Education Foundation, best item I bought that year! Thank you so much, you are a blessing!

So we called last week to arrange to get a single room cleaned, they said the cost would be $ 265 we were ok with that as we just purchased the house and thats cheaper than replacing the carpet. We live in granite falls which is not that far from Snohomish and I like to stay local with our business. The day after we booked the appointment we got a lake stevens coupon flyer in the mail and it was offering the same service for only $ 125 so we called them back and told them we had the coupon. They refuse to honer the coupon as they claim we are too far out and they are coming from Seattle and would not make any money. My front door to the town center of lake stevens is about 9 minutes and they say we are too far out. Maybe they should not offer coupons in areas that they will not honor and if you are really a Seattle company maybe stop calling yourself a Snohomish company. We will still get the carpet cleaned by them and I will update this review to include the actual service later.
