i love this place!!! and i want everyone to know that too. most people think that hotel restaurants are just meehhhh but off the common is definitely an exception. they are open 6:30 — 1:00am daily and their food is innovative and amazing. for the morning people, there are multiple buffet options and a la carte entrees as well. lonbster benedict, cinnamon swirl brioche french toast with real maple syrup, a fresh fruit plate w/mint yogurt sauce, and your usual suspects as well their bar closes a little later than the kitchen and the lunch and dinner menus are the same the must-get here is definitely the braised lamb shank. it’s served with parsnip and celery root purée, brussel sprouts, and garlic confit. there’s nothing more satisfying than seeing your waiter walk over with a ginormous leg with perfectly cooked meat hanging off of it. the sides accompanying it went oh so perfectly with it too!!! pretty sure when this arrived, everyone sitting near us wish they got it too the pan roasted maine blue mussels were super tasty. i loved the presentation of this appetizer. the dipping sauce was made of white wine, garlic butter, and sea salt and went to well with the toast! i also loved the presentation of the lobster roll. it came wth a small container of super delicious fries and a mini glass jar of heinz i didn’t try the buffalo chicken pops w/smoked blue cheese dipping sauce but that sounds super delicious!!! same with the cedar plank roasted salmon(white bean purée & turnip greens sound amazing!!). the other thing i really wished i got to try was the roasted butternut squash soup w/honeycrisp apple & sundried cranberry – double fruit and gluten-free! the other thing i’d recommend is the short rib & truffle flatbread. how do you say no to shredded short rib, shaved black truffle, fontina, and arugula?! i love all the vegan/vegetarian options here as well. the baby kale & quinoa salad was served w/pickled cranberries, apple crisp & walnut raisin vinaigrette. it was super tasty and well made!!!

Pleasant and adequate hotel bar and restaurant. Very good fish and chips. Reasonably priced(for a hotel restaurant), and had good service. There were some chess and checker boards, for those who wanted to play.

I ordered the lobster roll and burger with bacon to go. The bartender was helpful and quick to offer me a drink after taking the order. The environment was nice and relaxing despite it being in the lobby of a lush and busy hotel. The lobby’s appearance was rather misleading compared to the rest of the hotel. The modern and contemporary finishes brought life into the big space and definitely brought it into this century. The lobster roll was fresh and seasoned well. Every bite only made me want another. The burger was savory and scrumptious. The bacon was perfectly cooked and the beef was plump, juicy and pure perfection. The fries was crisp and parsley covered in the best way. No ketchup needed. It was a great meal and I can only imagine dine-in plating is the single thing that could have made it better.

This place is really bustling! Located in the bottom floor of the Boston Park Plaza prepare for it to be loud and energetic, and there’s lots of tables and seating available. Even a cool«community style» table to plug several different laptops. We came here twice I think only because it was in our hotel, but still were impressed. They have a great wine list and cocktails based on the history of Boston, it’s very cute! The menu features plenty of New England classics as well as some light and veggie options. Wishing there was a more extensive menu available. We had Simeon the first night and Diony on the last day, both were super friendly!

I came here with some Co workers and this place is nice. Alberto was our server & was very attentive. Only had a drink & was made perfect. … it’s located in the park plaza hotel. I plan on coming back soon.
