If you need your taxes done, THIS is the place to go. Gordon Parry and his Team is small but very personal. Every time I walk into their doors they address me by name and everyone is very knowledgeable as I didn’t know a ton about MA taxes and they have helped to change that.
Gordon even sat down with me on multiple occasions to help me figure out every little detail that I needed to take care of. You really don’t find that kind of attention at other places especially large companies.
I have recommended them to multiple clients and friends and everyone has been happy with their experience with this company. Most important, is the fact that Gordon Parry and his team have been around for decades!
I look forward to continuing to work with them.

Gordon is honest, great at what he does and I would highly recommend him (and I have !). His office location is really convenient and his staff is always really friendly and responsible. He’s been in the business for many years and has many many loyal clients. He’s also just super funny!

I didn’t have a good experience.
The people working under him sometimes come off as incompetent at times. They told me my taxes would take two weeks three later I call and someone said by the end of the day. When I came by it turns out the person meant at the end if the week. I finally get my taxes and my street is wrong. They’ve called a few times with other small issues, some regarding my wife who they seem incapable of calling and instead ask me to ask her and get back to them.
They came highly recommended, and although I could see potential for a good experience I didn’t receive one and will not be using them next year.

I had Gordon complete my tax returns for the past two years. I had a horrible experience with H&R Block before (super inconvenient, slow, and expensive) so was a bit hesitant to have someone I didn’t know take over my taxes. No worries here. It was done in a timely manner and I could trust that it was done correctly. He is a great person and quite funny as well!
