Business Owner

Kevin Caulfield has over 14 years of experience in Boston real estate. He has distinguished himself as a top agent, consistently being recognized by «Boston’s Top 20» as one of the city’s premier brokers.

Specializing in residential brokerage services, Kevin works extensively with developers and investors. He co-​founded Charlesgate Realty Group in 2003 before transitioning his career with Coldwell Banker from 2007 – 2014. Now at Campion & Company, he focuses on providing a higher level of service for customers in the Back Bay and South End, as well as serving clients for the residential market and luxury buildings in Beacon Hill, South Boston, Seaport, North End and Charlestown neighborhoods.

A graduate of Boston College, Kevin was a member of the Men’s Ice Hockey Team from 1996 – 2000. He is involved with The Esplanade Association, 8 Streets Neighborhood Association, and serves on the board for Thayer Academy’s Alumni Association. Kevin resides in Hingham with his wife and 3 daughters.
