Bad service, No fixed price, Incomplete Job
Firstly, the guy had no idea whether the stains will go away or not. In any case, he tried selling the premium cleaning (110 vs 69 for basic) but he wasn’t sure if premium service will help (wow !!). I took the basic service and the guy told me that he will charge 100 for two rooms (69 for one) however, the company had offered me 79 for two room. I took the basic service. In middle of the procedure, his machine stopped working (vacuum stopped) and he did something to fix it but I don’t think it worked. Well, my carpet is wet currently and I need to do something my self about it. Also, the Boston Carpet Cleaning sends in affiliates and don’t come in themselves. It’s a big NO for this company.
