Eyebrow Expressions is a pioneer in bringing the art of eyebrow threading to the Chicago suburbs. Since our inception, the popularity of threading has sky-rocketed, but we pride ourselves on continuing to provide high-quality services at reasonable prices.

This was my first experience with threading. I happened to be in Meijer and stopped in on a whim because I needed a cleanup. I’ll never go anywhere else. Fast, painless and looks way better than the more expensive waxing I usually get. This is definitely my new go to place.

I went to get my eyebrows done here a few weeks ago. I was sorely disappointed with the results!
I gave the threading lady very specific instructions, and she didn’t follow them at all. I ended up with a shape, and fullness that I didn’t want at all! In fact, I told here not to give me that and she gave it to me!
She took about fifteen minutes to do my eyebrows, and she also had a very rough technique with her threading. I felt like she was plucking my skin, and I ended up with cuts on the skin around my eyebrows.
I don’t recommend this place at all!

I love Eyebrow Expressions for it’s convenience, low wait time, and value. My experience here is limited to eyebrow threading, but I know the ladies here are open to suggestions and do a wonderful job. For $ 6, I get a great threading, and can pick up milk and eggs and be on my way :). Great place, I come here all of the time.

Got single eyelashes placed here about two weeks ago. Girl who did them put them in my lash line instead of over it, she used way too much glue, and placed them too close to my tear duct. They began to fall off after a week but by that point my eyes were irritated and I wanted them off anyway. One eye lost most of the edge ones so I looked like I was abundant in one eye and sparse in the other. I tried removing them with eyelash remover and olive oil as recommended by a friend and the glue was so heavy and stuck on my natural lashes. I’ve lost quite a few of my lashes along with my attempt of getting them removed. I would say make sure you tell them you want them above lash line and light on the glue or you’ll end up with bare lashes like me. I guess you get what you pay for.

I really like that this place is conveniently located in the Meijer. I just recently made this discovery and will be returning for more and more eyebrow threading. I like this place for several reasons– 1) they do a good job on my eyebrows. Yes every once in a while I need to do a little cleanup, but for $ 6 they do a great job shaping my eyebrows. 2) They are cheap! Did I mention it is only $ 6 to get your brows threaded??? 3) I like that they also wax. I usually get the mustachio waxed when I go, and prefer to have it waxed than threaded. 4) They also have a stamp card which is good for a free brow job after 5 stamps. To me you can’t beat it. Prior to going here I used to go to the Beauty Concepts in Westmont but this location is more convenient.

Never again… Too much inconsistency in the end product. I visited this location over a year but the last few months I’ve been reduced to either plucking to clean up or fill in with a brow pencil… Never had to do that before in the 15+ years of having my brows threaded/arched and I don’t feel like i should have to start now.
