The are reasonable, easy to talk to and so very knowledgable I am to grateful to have found them.

On a Friday, they walked me through the steps to rig it to work through the weekend; then they made an appt for me very quickly, even tho they are booked solid every day. They keep slots open for emergencies and run a smooth business.
If you have a German car, it’s a no– brainer. These are the guys to see.

These brothers are fantastic! If you have a German car, ie, Mercedes, BMW, they are top notch on service, workmanship and price. They’ve serviced my Benz for a couple years now and I am always completely satisfied how I am treated from start to finish.

These guys are that good! Brett is the man! its hard to trust that a mechanic isnt going to hose you when your car has a light come on or its not performing as it usually would. As a matter of fact, i kind of wish they werent so good because I wouldnt feel like I needed to take my car all the way from Seattle to Boise just for a check engine light.

The Hurless Brothers set the gold standard for car service. The best place in the Pacific Northwest to have your BMW serviced. I’ve been using them for the last seven years. They are honest, fair, and know BMWs. I won’t take my car anywhere else.

When we moved to town 12 years ago with 2 Volvo station wagons, Hurless Brothers was the place recommended for any and all Volvo work (well, Mercedes and BMWs, too). Over the years they kept both Volvos running great and helped us get our first one up past 160,000 miles when we finally sold it (and we still see it around town). Hurless is where I’m also taking my BMW and again are totally satisfied with their work. Their rates are reasonable (nope, not cheap, but fair) and their work is always top rate. While it sometimes is a wait to get an appointment for regular service, they have always been quick to respond when something was wrong and needed quick attention. Can’t say enough good things about Todd and Brett. They’ve built a business that Boise can be proud of.

Being new to Boise and owning a foreign car it was anyone’s guess as to where to take our car. The «stealerships» are out of question for me. I looked up BMW repair and Hurless brothers popped up. I took in our 2006 650i as the service light came on. They had the car overnight. Nothing terribly special except that 1. These guys care about their customers above everything. 2. They know their S*** when it comes to BMW’s. I fullexpected to get told about what $ 10,000 in things my car would desperatly need or the wheels would fall off and explode if i drove away without doing it. These guys were great told me that the car was running perfectly and what to look for and what they were going to monitor on the next visit to see if there were any changes. Im sure they could have tried to upsell me on something I didnt need but these guys were just awesome down to earth and honest. I can’t recommend them enough.

So being a woman, I’m automatically screwed when it comes to car repairs, because (1) I didn’t take automatics in high school (like my dad suggested) instead I took art (yeah, that’s done me a whole lot of good!) (2) I assume people who own/​run businesses are professional more over ethical (which is not necessarily the case when it comes to mechanics and attorneys.)
I took my bmw to Les Schwab as I had won a oil change at a charity event. My back tire area was squeaking. I asked them for a quote but $ 2500 later, i decided i would go to Hurless. THEY ARE AWESOME! $ 125 was my bill and my ball joint thing was fixed. And then yesterday my car light came on for some coolant issues, they took me in right away and fixed the problem, replaced my light all under $ 70!
If you are a woman needing great ethical mechanics, they should be your go to.
