The Container Store

We’ve been customers of the Container Store for years. Used to travel all the way to Hallandale from Delray as we liked it that much. It was so exciting when they finally opened in Boca.
The prices are a bit higher for some things but I attribute that to higher salaries and some items that you cannot find elsewhere. Until today, the service in the store has been impeccable. I am on their email list and they send notifications of the POP Perks every few months. After going to the counter to checkout, the girl at the counter was sullen and didn’t even say hi or make eye contact. I told her I had the email and tried to show her but she ignored me. Her name is Vivian and if anyone from the organization reads this, she needs a lot more training to be able to represent your company. She looked at her computer and said I could use the coupon next time. I said, no, THIS is next time and we will use it now.
Finally, I instructed her to get the manager which she did and of course the manager accepted the coupon.
Yes, we will be back to the store but I hope this is the last negative encounter.

Tried to return something five days over the allowed time. They would not allow it. Worst service. Will never be shopping there again.

Andrea was extremely RUDE! Or perhaps I was just try wrong complexion because she was very jipper with the white guy in front of me. I won’t come back

Awesome customer service and everything under the sun for your storage needs. Prices are higher butt they pay well and it shows in the professionalism of the staff.

A large number of travel items including a hand held scale to prevent extra fees for luggage that is over the weight limit.
In the center of the store are tables of stocking stuffers with items ranging for $ 4 to well over $ 20.
There are the typical office solutions, closet organizers and other household convenience makers.
A great place to explore and find the solution to those home «irritations».
Just be sure you are aware of prices for comparable items that may be found elsewhere. Convenience does have a premium attached. That is evident here and sometimes it is worth the extra.
