If you need intimate apparels Ask for Grace. She helps find the best size and fit. It’s easy to get frustrated when trying on bras, Grace was full of suggestions… And she was right on with all of her advice! I felt like I was shopping with someone I knew for years, and her honesty was appreciated.

Shoes, did someone say shoes? Like most women, I love shoes. The thing is that I am pretty much a klutz, so finding them is easy but walking in them is another story. Being a klutz started as a child, probably in the third grade. How many people do you know that have broken all ten fingers within a five year period? Yes, I am that person. Let’s just say that I am special and leave it at that. Oh, and I also broke both of my feet at the same time, but even though this was fifteen years ago, I still like to think I am special. A special klutz, yes I am. So obviously walking in heels is somewhat of a challenge.
So anyway, Bloomingdale’s has a beautiful shoe department. Granted I am unable to actually walk in most of them, but they have an extensive selection. I have picked up quite a few pairs of sandals that I absolutely love.
Cosmetics, yes I am a girlie girl, so naturally this is my favorite department. Not because I can’t hurt myself but because I love makeup and perfume. They have all the major brands and even though I have my favorites, I am always up to trying new things. Out of a million fragrances, I am loyal to my Dolce and Gabbana, Light Blue. In addition to being a klutz, I am also prone to migraines. Light Blue is one of the few that I can wear without getting a migraine. Ask for samples, the salespeople have plenty and they are generous in handing them out. Of course they hope you like the sample so much that you will return to buy the product. If I worked on commission I would do the same.
The store has beautiful clothing, albeit a bit unorganized. Sometimes I have to really look hard to find what I am looking for. If you have time, I suggest digging through the clearance racks. You may get lucky and find a great deal.
I use Ralph Lauren bath towels. They have every color, again a bit unorganized, but I always find what I need. Once a year I replenish my supply and add more colors to my collection. Tip: wait for them to go on sale, which they do a few times a year. Trust me, you will save a lot of money.
Bloomingdale’s is a good store. Prices are comparable to the other nicer department stores.

Store is very dirty, I saw a roach crawling on the wall in the restaurant upstairs!!! Also most of the workers speak English as a second language which is especially rude when you are at the register and you hear them talking away right in front of you… How rude. If you can find a fitting room that is not smelly, dark and dingy you are in luck. Even the personal shopping fitting room is a disastrous mess, with stuff all over the place. Last but not least the alterations lady with the Blond hair is a nightmare, she is rough and is not capable of doing simple seamstress jobs. She talked me out of getting a shirt altered because she did not have black thread??? This is exactly why I prefer to shop online…

Finding a fitting room is difficult but finding someone to help you find a fitting room is impossible. You would think Bloomingdales would be closer to Saks not Kmart. Seriously go to Nordstrom. Their layout of the store is nicer and cleaner. Plus the sales associates are VERY helpful!

My favorite by far. They carry the best lines and the sales people are always happy to help. Shop during the sales for great prices on clothing, housewares, etc. become a loyalty member for notices of special events and sales as well as points towards gift cards.

I’ve been to Bloomingdales in Boca Town Center a bunch of times and it’s like any other bloomy’s around awesome

I love this Bloomingdales. Great deals and wonderful staff throughout the store. I love their loyalist points. Don’t miss their double or triple point days. Shoe department is wonderful. Some shoes are pricey but everything goes on sale if you don’t have to have the latest item immediately.

My bag arrived on my doorstep today.
It is absolutely gorgeous.
I will return to purchase more in the near future.

I love to go to fashion shows. Even if I don’t get anything, It’s fun to see what styles are in for the next season. Bloomingdales has nice fashion shows with friendly models, drinks, and food.
I love shopping at Bloomingdales, although I usually wait for their sales. The sales people are friendly and helpful. The other thing about shopping there that I like is that they have plenty of comfortable chairs on the second floor where the woman’s clothes are. I’m always happy to take a break when shopping.
The mall in Boca Raton is awesome with so many beautiful stores.

Oh Bloomingdales how I like your large label selections yet your customer service really sucks! I had to exchange a top I bought online for a smaller size yet the rude sales associate refuses to help me without the receipt, she did not want to be bothered to look up my order number.
And so once again I took my business to the far end of the mall to Nordstrom where every sales associate is just so very helpful.
With the exception of the nice lady @ the YSL counter, I don’t think I’ll be shopping much at this location.

I’ve shopped a few departments here… mostly women’s dresses. There aren’t a lot of people on the floor, and I actually kind of like that they don’t attack you with a «HI! My name is _​_​_​_​_​_​».
As I was walking through the makeup department, another customer knocked into my soda, soaking me and her purse with it. She kept walking, but I was immediately swarmed by about 6 women with paper towels. As I shouted, «Hey! Half that ended up in your knockoff Louis Vuitton!», they helped clean me and the mess up.
I didn’t give it 5 stars because, yeah… the customer service is kinda sparse. If you’re in women’s dresses, I recommend a woman named Barbara. She will be honest and helpful, and won’t let you walk out with a shmata that makes you look awful.

I love Bloomingdales!!! This store they are lacking in the customer service department BIG TIME!!! The sales staff acts like they don’t have the time of day to help you! Sometimes the store is in such disarray it reminds me of shopping at Macy’s or TJ Maxx junk everywhere! But I’ll still keepi going back because I love bloomies!

I can never afford anything here but I always love to look around. The services in this Bloomis was a bit mroe snobby than the other ones.

The customer service here is complete shit. We were here to purchase a gift recently and the lack of available staff was ridiculous. This would have been completely forgivable if the place was totally slammed with business and everyone was tied up, but that wasn’t the case. Not only were the employees sparse… but those who were actually there kept dismissively passing us around because they couldn’t be bothered to help us or find us some help. The different departments here really act like they are their own little stores rather than all being under one roof and it seems that they just can’t be bothered with one another. We finally just walked out. Screw you, Bloomingdale’s.

Very poor customer service in Boca. Took nearly an hour to open a credit card account. All this time wasted just to get a $ 25 coupon! Probably should have walked out, but Bloomie’s seems to be the only store that carries this particular pillow I needed. Bought a Nike active wear tank that was poor quality. Called to see if I could return it. Saleswoman interrupted my question by talking to another person while we were on the phone. No manners! Do they care whether they alienate customers? As much as I once loved shopping in Bloomie’s in NYC, cannot bear to be treated like this by anyone. Will not return to Boca location. Very, very disappointed! By the way… Aventura location is much better for some unknown reason… friendlier, smarter, more helpful employees.

This place has always been a favorite.
Jeans, shoes, dishes, pillows and a place to drink champaign on the 3^rd floor !!

This review is strictly for the Lancome counter but I will add by saying it probably would not be much different in any other department. I ran in to specifically purchase some mascara. I got to the counter and a lady came over to help me as I was struggling looking through the display for my mascara. I told her I just needed some mascara and if she had black because I could not find it on the display.
OK so now she realizes I only need mascara and the attitude starts from her. She said «no we do not have any». WTF??? Seriously how could you be out of the most popular mascara in black. I was lost and said «oh really wow» she then bends down, which I am sure took alot for her to bend her pompous ass, and say’s «oh yes I found one». I said thank you and that is all I need today. She rolls her eye’s because it is obvious she is pist that is all I am purchasing.
She proceeds to ring me up and ask me if I want to spend one dollar more to get the free gift. The mascara was $ 34 and the gift was free with a $ 35 purchase. So uumm yeah there is nothing you can purchase for less than probably $ 30 and honestly could not believe she did not just give it to me. I could care less about the stupid little gift that I never use anyhow, I save them for my mother. I said «no» she continued to give me major attitude and just handed me the bag without even a thank you.
Seriously, I was so pist. If I would have realized Macy’s was on the other side of the mall I so would have gone there instead. So sorry but unless you walk into this store with designer clothes, shoes and a gorgeous high priced handbag these employees do not give you the time of day. Whatever, this is the reason I do NOT shop here.
Pretentious rude staff like no other. Stay away unless you enjoy being treated rudely.

This review is specifically for the Jewelry Departments.
Usually you would associate Bloomingdales with good service, not the case this past weekend.
We were looking for a specific jewelry piece, didn’t know if it was fashion or fine jewelry so we started at Fashion Jewelry Department. We looked and looked, finally we found a sales person and asked. She had never heard of the designer, told us she couldn’t even check on the computers to see if other stores had it, and basically that it was out of her hands. It’s not that she didn’t know that bothered me but the fact that she kept repeating it and blaming the stores system or lack of it to help us.
We go to Fine Jewelry, 3 sales people just talking didn’t even greet us. We had to interrupt and ask for what we were looking for. Asked for something similar and a quick «no» was all that was offered by all but one of them. That last one said she had seen something similar and just pointed to it on the counter across from us. Yes, one of them finally came to show it to us, after we asked to see it (I don’t think we needed to do that), the other 2 just kept talking not even paying attention to the other customers looking around.
Needless to say we did not find what we went for and left even more disappointed with the service.
