Absolute joke went in for an oil change and they tried selling me on things I didn’t need they also ripped alittle of my windshield wiper and told me I had to replace it DONT GO HERE

My car was serviced quickly and efficiently. I knew my car needed maintenance services and the team made good recommendations that brought the car maintenance up to date. Friendly and caring. I’ll be back

Absolutely the worst. They screwed the oil pan drain plug so tight that they warped the washer, causing a massive oil leak. I had to go to a local Acura dealer to get a new OEM drain plug They have no clue what they’re doing and always try to sell you services you don’t need. One visit my battery level was low. Next visit, it was fine. My advice, if you have a newer vehicle, dealer service it. Well worth the extra $ and having dealer service tecords on a Carfax report means better resale value

I wish they wouldn’t try to sell you on things that aren’t needed… Big turn off… I had a coupon for half off… Way too expensive otherwise… and whatever happened to the fast service they used to have… My car was taken in immediately and it still took 50 minutes for just an oil change.

I’ve been coming here for years and have received nothing short of fast reliable professionalism. I recently moved and started using a different store from this franchise and after two trips there seeing the difference I now take the 30 minute drive back. The team here appreciates return clients and makes sure you feel it during the visit. Would recommend them to anyone who wants an honest place that takes good care of you. Ask for Sam

These guys are a joke. Always playing games with services. Pit in high mileage oil and tried to up sell service to $ 80. I told them to drain it out and start again

Almost had a fatal accident yesterday as the result of their stupidity. Had my oil changed the other day before driving back north yesterday. I even mentioned to the bozos that I would be driving into a huge winter storm and wanted to have fresh oil for the 1,240 mile trip up I95.
Just as I got on the NJT, my windshield washer started to fail with over 100 miles to go in a driving snowstorm with heavy traffic.
Even at a several mile per hour crawl, I was poking along practically blind from the accumulated dirt on my windshield and the slush spattered by 18 wheelers blasting by at high speed.
Took it to my Acura dealer today. They inspected it and told me that the cretins at JiffyLube had put in Summer-​rated washer fluid, which froze in the lines as I hit cold weather. This despite the fact that I explicitly mentioned my trip North the next day. So Acura let the MDX warm up for an hour in the service area and then we ran the washer continuously to get rid of the water that JiffyLube had carelessly put in, and replaced it with –20 rated fluid.
These guys are careless losers. Don’t give them your money, you may die as a result.

Whoever likes getting their oil changed? It’s such a chore and I personally dread the annoying up-​sell. I was pleasantly surprised because this location was really accommodating and friendly. Of course they did try for the up-​sell, but weren’t pushy about it in the least. I went in around 6pm and they were completely finished 20 – 25 minutes later. Overall, they offered superior service and I’d go back.
Beth’s Tip: Don’t go without a coupon because the signature service is around $ 40. Too much for an oil change. Check their website or Groupon (usually you can find one and only pay $ 20).

Went here for an oil change and for a compact car they told me the starting price for their min. oil change was $ 60 — NO WAY– It is just a 10 minute oil change!!! NEXT!

Trying to be succinct without going into a rant. I was given directly opposite information by employees on three questions I asked about my car. Either someone was lying or they did not know what they were doing and chose to make up answers. I think that the guy taking my order just wanted to pad my order. At this point I would not go back to this Jiffy Lube because I feel like I got the run around.

I wanted to come here, not because it’s close to me, but because of the good reviews and I love a fast oil change. I’ve been to other places like Midas that change the oil while you sit in the car and it takes less than 10 minutes because they have a whole pit crew waiting on you hand and foot. This Jiffy Lube sounded like that Midas.
However, when I called this morning to find out the wait and get the price, they said they START at $ 41.99. 41.99!!! For a 10-​minute oil change?! You crazy?! He said I could find coupons online but the only one they had was $ 5 off and I’m sorry, but that’s still ridiculous. The tire kingdom across the street does it in an hour and a half because it’s so busy, but there it’s only 17.49, and I drop it off while I get my hair colored in the same plaza.
Maybe if they dropped their prices big time I would come here, but for the drive and that price, it’s not worth it for me.

This place is fast, clean, professional, and nice. Nothing most all the Jiffy Lubes I’ve been to. All the others I have left with something unchecked or not done properly. I always wait til in in this area to getbmy oil changed.

They do a decent job at a fair price. I had some things wrong with my car that I knew about previously, and they pointed them out. I even checked to make sure they changed the oil filter out, and they did.
The only thing I don’t like, like a lot of places these days, is the constant upsell. I appreciate that everyone is trying to make a buck these days, but they throw all these other services at you and you don’t know if you need them or not.
Otherwise, it was an efficient, fast experience.

This place is well-​run. I was surprised when they met me at my car and guided me into the waiting room that had fresh coffee and a nice selection if magazines. I dint come in for the magazines, I came in for speed. The turned my lube oil filter in 15 min. I will be back.
