The Tire Choice

This place is a rip-​off. $ 450.00 for two tires, tie rod, four wheel alignment. Then they faked a big oil leak by putting oil under the engine and saying it came from the engine.

Well I came back as the same problem arose … But they fixed it with no questions asked (under warrantee) not too bad. While I was there they still asked about a $ 650 brake pad change. LOL! I’m going to do it myself for $ 200.

I bought a set off Goodyear Integrity tires there a few years back. I had a flat a few days ago and noticed the tires were balding when I switch the spare. I explained to the sales person that the tire had a nail and looked like it was worn down. Keep in mind I purchase the road hazard insurance from them and was only 20,000 into my 50,000 warranty on the tires. The sales man didn’t even look at the tire and said sorry I can’t fix it «you need a new tire» when we went outside he told me that the tires were «under inflated and I needed and alignment. So much for honoring a warranty and the useless road hazard insurance. He walked me over to a set of Kelly Charger GT tires at $ 107.99 each. After all the was said and done I get an estimate of $ 803.09. Later that day the sales man called and wanted to know if I was going to buy the tires because the quote was good for today only. These guys prey on the elderly at Wynmoor. Try to get the $ 19.99 oil change. They charge an extra 15 for labor, disposal and supplies. They should be investigated.

This place is no good. I walked in with a flat tire. They gave me an estimate which I thought was too high. I refused the repair and asked them to put on the spare tire instead. They said they would do that for me. I waited for 30 minutes and one guy comes back saying he doesn’t know when he will be able to put on the spare tire on for me that he has two guys working on six cars. It wasn’t like I wanted them to do it for free. I was willing to pay them. Then I told them it’s on and I was going to do it. I go outside to put on the spare tire but another guy comes out saying I can’t do it on their parking lot that I need to move my car elsewhere. No good. Go to firestones on 441. Cheaper in price and MUCH better customer service.

Saw a screw in my rear tire and brought it in to get it patched. Went to pick up my truck and was told that the screw didn’t puncture my tire and that there was no charge. They could’ve easily lied to me and charged me. Nice that they were honest.

I had a great and honest expierence at this location. I am a female and I was already concerned about calling around for a set of 4 tires due to me being a female and everyone knows they normally take advantage of. I was given a price over the phone for the 4 tires that I thought was reasonable. when I came in i met nick who was very polite and honored the same price that i was given over the phone. I was provided excellent customer service and will absoletly go back again!
