I met Jennifer working at another office. I was so impressed with her knowledge and skills as an esthetician, I had to bring her to the Roxbury Institute. I got the Reve Peel and it left my face literally glowing and shiny once the peeling process was complete. I have had the Vi Peel and the Cosmelan, but neither one produced this kind of skin texture. My face was very smooth and soft. Jennifer said I would like this peel and she was correct. My only regret is that I did not go as aggressive as I should have because my expert esthetician wanted to see how my skin would react to it. I appreciate someone caring enough to be cautious with my skin as opposed to treating my skin the same as everyone else. I love Jennifer’s work and she is the best esthetician I know, and I have been around a lot of them. Try her, you won’t regret it. In fact you will not want anyone else touching your face except Jennifer.

I have known Jennifer Gerace for a few years now, she was the Hydra facial Trainer extraordinaire and let me tell you she is THE BEST HYDRA FACIALIST in Beverly Hills! She incorporates other modalities into her treatments like LED therapy. My skin is very important to me as a Esthetician myself so I only trust THE BEST and most knowledgeable and Jennifer Gerace is it! You will be blown away at how amazing your skin looks after her treatments. My skin looks younger and healthier. Jennifer is extremely talented, knowledgeable, kind and gives the most amazing facials. She asks questions about your skincare routine and has recommendations for my specific needs. You will not be disappointed I promise.

I had an amazing hydrofacial with the new aesthetician, Jennifer Gerace. She is so knowledgeable and really customized the treatment and ingredients to my specific skin and needs. She answered all my «why» questions (and I’m a «need-​to-​know» girl) with intelligent, detailed answers, and suggested an at-​home product regimen that I’m really loving. I have never felt in better hands… I wouldn’t trust my skin to anyone else!

I wish I had been lucky enough to start seeing Dr. Emer 15 years ago! But thankfully he is in my life now and I cannot imagine trusting anyone else with my face. I have always been afraid of drastic treatments and Dr. Emer has done an amazing job of rejuvenating my face with micro needling and PRP injections. When it comes time for more intensive treatments there is no one else I would trust. I have a good friend who does micro needling at a med spa who offered to do my treatments at cost (a fraction of what it should cost) and I told her no thanks! Please for anyone reading this do not bargain shop when it comes to your health (and honestly a healthy look is part of that!). Dr. Emer will advise what is best, listen to your concerns and never push you into s procedure you don’t need. I feel so lucky that he is my doctor.

I recently came here to visit Dr. Emer, whom I had followed here from the last place he was at (he is really great!) and had a chance to get a peel done with their aesthetician, Jennifer Le Gerace. It is called Reve Peel. It is a medium depth peel and can only be done by a doctor. Anything you’ve gotten done at a regular aesthetician seriously can’t compare. At all. Seriously. I’ve gotten peels before, and I guess I am just hard to please. Whenever I’d gotten normal peels done before I’m always like, «meh» and they’re just not worth it to me because if I don’t see a really noticeable difference, why get it done? It is more expensive than a normal peel obviously, but to me worth every penny. And trust me, I do not spend money on things unless I feel they are worth it. I noticed SUCH a huge difference and, like I mentioned, I am not easily impressed. With the reve peel I did used their home care products and also did a «transepidermal growth factor infusion» after I was done peeling to treat the new skin. Most of you might know it as blue and red LED light. A nice bonus is that in addition to the peel being awesome, I really love Jennifer. Really cool lady. And such nice skin. Definitely knows what she is doing.
I am definitely getting another one done.

This is a serene, spacious and elegant office in the heart of Beverly Hills. More importantly, they have a wonderful staff that is caring and experienced. I had a facial with Jennifer Gerace and my skin is glowing. My facial treatment, which included LED lights, derma planing and an infusion of peptides and stem cells, was both relaxing and result oriented. The credentials of the doctors here are impressive, though I have only experienced the facial so far. Thank you Jennifer!

I am SO impressed with The Roxbury Institute. Not only was I welcomed into this medical center with open arms and feeling so comfortable– the staff is so very accommodating and on top of it! My smart facial with Jennifer Gerace was unbelievable. I have never been so relaxed, informed, and had such a fun time during a facial. She really knows what she is doing and is so knowledgeable. I plan on coming once a month to keep my skin looking so fresh and so clean, clean!
Also, Dr. Amron came into the room before my facial started to introduce himself. He is so professional and I would highly recommend every single staff member, doctor, and even door knob at this place! LOVE LOVE LOVE :)

Dr Amron is a perfectionist and knows the latest on every treatment out there. The moment I walked into their gorgeous offices, I was greeted by the friendliest staff. I did not have to wait, was immediately put into an office and helped. Highly recommend!

Did not have a good experience here at all! After making a phone call and booking my appointment a few days before, I simply could not get a quote on the procedure I wanted, all the staff members seem to be completely incompetent and could not give me a rough estimate on how much it would be. Upon arrival I waited over an hour to see the doctor, which made me late for all my other appointments. Once in the examination room 3 different people other than the doctor came in and asked me the exact same questions. Eventually the doctor came in who was actually very professional and attentive. It just seemed like everybody else wasn’t on the same page at all. After finally getting a quote, it was far too expensive for what I wanted and for what this service typically cost. I did not want to continue with the procedure, which resulted in me wasting $ 150 just for waiting around for almost 2 hours.
When I called to book the appointment they told me that the cost of the procedure would be inclusive of the consultation fee. When I arrived back at the reception they told me it wasn’t. (Horrible customer service) So another misleading piece of information. If they spent less money on their waiting area and more training & educating their staff in the correct way. Everybody else would be a lot more satisfied. Sort it out! I recommend for people to do their research & compare prices elsewhere before coming here.
