Russells Delivery Moving & Storage

I am a Personal Assistant and was looking for a moving company to move my Boss’s furniture around when he was renovating. I made a huge mistake by hiring Russell’s. He has wood floors and they damaged the floors, There are huge scratches in the floors now. Would have been fine if they came out to fix the issue but I called numerous times and they refused to send anyone out. Will not be using them again. We tipped really well also and as soon as they left we noticed the damage. Bad business.

I was THROUGHLY impressed by the quality of Russell’s Delivery, Moving & Storage!!! I had a very hefty move on my hands & they made it happen effortlessly. Monet was the associate in the office that handled all the dispatch, invoicing, payment, etc. & she was great. She made sure everything was taken care of prior to & after the move.
Michael, Eloy & Jose were the gentlemen that did all the heavy lifting & they are simply amazing! They packed everything so carefully & efficiently, I could immediately tell that they take such pride in their work. They are extremely professional yet super friendly & personable; they got the job done superbly while making sure to answer all my questions.
I ended up going with their storage services & that couldn’t have been more seamless as well! Their rates are incredibly reasonable & I am very secure in knowing that belongings are safe.

Russells was tasked with packing up a rather large estate putting everything in storage for a couple months then bringing it to the new home. What pieces didn’t work in the new home went back to storage that same day. A lot of moving pieces but it all worked out. There was one sizable hiccup but Russell himself got involved got it fixed and everything ended up on track. To err is human to take responsibility and get it all fixed is somewhat rare, which is especially why I give them a 5 star rating. I continue to deal with the company, their service is stellar I can’t recommend them enough

Great moving company! This was our first time using Russell’s and we would absolutely use them again.

I don’t recommend these guys, they are arrogant and overcharged me. The truck was way too big and loaders had a bad attitude. They showed up late and did not bother to call. They also left some plastic trash behind.

This was by far the BEST moving experience we have ever had… and I have moved a lot over the years. Super fast, efficient, friendly and did I mention fast?
Brandon and Luis were awesome! No dilly-​dallying, just there to get the job done. Extremely reasonable rates to boot!
If I ever have to move again (which I am hoping I don’t) I will definitely be calling them again.

Cannot say enough good things about these guys. They were supposed to come with three guys, showed up with four for no extra charge. They did the job in under the time, and less than the estimated value. They were courteous, funny and very professional. Nothing was broken and they were able to take apart all of our furniture and put it back together without a blink of an eye. I will always recommend them to my friends.

Absolutely the best movers we have ever worked with.
There are a lot of movers out there who are scam artists or are sloppy/​lazy with the move. Russell’s company is the polar opposite of that.
Gabriel came and gave us an estimate for our move. He was on time, quick, and accurate. There were no hidden fees tacked on on the day of the move. They showed up with 8 or 9 guys on the day of the move and had a 4000 square foot house packed up, moved, and unloaded by mid-​afternoon. Every one of the movers was polite, clean, professional and hard-​working. NOT A SINGLE ITEM WAS BROKEN! They shrink-​wrapped anything fragile, they took items that were a little haphazardly packed, they were consummate professionals.
These guys were amazing. We have had bad experiences in the past with things being broken or damaged because of poor packing, so we were expecting at least some damage. We really cannot recommend this moving company highly enough. We are having them move my mom next month because we were so impressed.

If you like efficient, professional, honest and careful movers, use Russell’s Delivery.

Even though I received lower bids from other moving companies, I decided to go with them because my high maintenance neighbors swore up and down by their services. They were absolutely right. We had Steve as our team lead, and you’d be lucky to get him. Before moving day, he came to the house for an estimate and emailed the maximum cost of the move the next day. (By the way, our move was way below the estimate and that includes the tip). On moving day, he and his crew showed up at 9 am on the dot and immediately started working like machines. They communicated well throughout the entire move, and they were even done earlier than the estimated time. This company knows what they are doing.

The mere fact that I am on Unilocal writing a review about a moving company should tell you how incredibly good this moving company is. From the very professional estimate I got beforehand, to the 3 movers who were personable, very careful with all of my things, and beyond helpful in every way… this was a REALLY GREAT experience. I called the office 2 minutes after they drove away to tell them how wonderful their guys are and although I hope I don’t have to move again anytime soon, if I do this is the ONLY company I would use. AND they came and picked up all my empty boxes a couple days later. They really are great.
