Dr. Agre and his partner Dr. Arief were responsible for my mother’s death. Dr. Arief released my mother too soon from the hospital with an infection and as an older man, seems to know nothing about computers and a nurse had to show him how to use the basic functions. He seemed very confused while trying to use the computer system. My mother was released by Dr. Arief too soon from Cedars and that very night had to come back by ambulance to the ICU and declined from there. Dr. Agre was her primary doctor and did very little to help and when nurses said they needed permission from the primary doctor to do something necessary, he did not respond after my desperate messages. I think he was angry at me for a previous bad review which has somehow now been deleted. The office manager Sheila is also very rude. They refused to give me a prescription for asthma medication because I owed $ 200 because they had neglected to tell me they no longer took my insurance. Asthma can be deadly and they were putting my life at risk for $ 200… These doctors are past their prime, do not keep up with current medicine or preventative health and are technologically challenged. It is time they retired.
