I deal with people all day long and really don’t have patience for poor customer service. Eli understood the urgency of my situation and was able to come help me so quickly when I was locked out of my apartment. He was so nice and professional. Highly recommend!!!

It was like a miracle.
So I lock myself out of my car at a friend’s house. We spend about 5 minutes trying our luck with a wire coat hanger when a van pulls over next to us. ‘Twas a locksmith! He opens my car door in under 10 minutes, says a cheery goodbye «My name’s Jay!», and drives off. The name «City of Angels» has never been more appropriate. I’d give 6 stars if I could.

I needed a new lock installed at our office. The guy showed up and made a HUGE mess. He did not bring a broom or a drop cloth with him.
I needed 4 keys. He said he did not bring what he needed to make copies of the keys. I have never heard of a lock smith that could not make copies.
I needed the extra keys urgently but he could not come back that day but said he would leave it at front desk on Monday.
Monday he did not leave the keys. This was during thanks giving week.
The following Monday my staff could not get into the office as no one had keys. This caused a major issue.
Very very unhappy this service and the time it took to get the 4 keys that i needed. Also the locks do not match. I showed the locksmith the lock that we wanted to match which was the same on the door right next to it and he did not do this.

So reliable and fast! I locked my keys in and had a client coming in for an appointment. He was on time… actually he was early! And even waited for me for like ten minutes. Hands down recommend Eli!

After calling and looking around, I thought I could count on a locksmith that was in our area to install a new lock, but he never even called me back. So I looked on Unilocal for a locksmith that would be able to install a lock for my office desk and just called Oren Lock & Key, noticing its high ratings. The owner, Eli answered and immediately gave me a quote and said he would be available to come today. By the afternoon, someone came and installed the lock in less than an hour. Now that is awesome locksmith service! The price was even lower than what he quoted over the phone.

Dang outer lock would not twist and return my key! Called Oren at about 1 in the afternoon and he was working on my lock an hour later. Fixed my jammed lock in 15 minutes. So I asked if he could repair 2 other problem doors and he fixed them in minutes. He was professional, humorous, and reasonable. I would recommend him to any friend who needs a locksmith in the 90 210 and around.

Honest, Friendly and Trustworthy
My bosses needed several of their door locks looked at and asked me to find a locksmith on Unilocal,as they were happy with the plumber that I recently found through the site. I called several places and got some pretty high quotes or was told over the phone that the locks are probably old and need to be replaced. Fortunately, I found Oren Lock & Key. I got Eli on the phone and he was happy to come out within the half hour to give a free estimate. He very quickly and inexpensively took care of the problems without replacing any hardware. He even spotted a termite problem in one of the doors. Not only is he honest and trustworthy, but he’s a super nice man. I highly recommend his service.

After moving to a new house I got the best advice from Eli (the owner) and got all the locks changed for a fraction of the price suggested by another locksmith. I ended up paying 10% of what I thought (not a typo).

Oren is funny. He smiles. Generally speaking, he is a big teddy bear. He never makes anyone feel dumb for locking themselves out.
I deal with people who get locked out of their abodes all the time. He doesn’t charge them exorbitant «after hours» fees and his rate for a lock out is around $ 80 bucks. Oren’s price is a bargain compared to the $ 250 or so I have heard other companies charge.
Lock yourself out? Don’t sit outside in your fuzzy onesie pajamas for long. Call Oren and you’ll be back in inside your apartment, treehouse, condo or fort in a jiff.
