Lost your way? Feeling hopeless? I am a Marriage Family Therapist specializing in relationship issues, addiction and mood disorders. The four main problems that seem to come up in relationships are: Unrealistic expectations, Communication issues, Conflict Resolution and Problem Solving Skills in a healthy manner.
Our earliest relationships are the mother and father of all the other relationships that come later in life. If we are not aware of it and don’t have insight into it, we are bound to repeat and relive them over and over again. My goal as a therapist is to create a warm environment for people who have never felt seen or heard or understood where they can finally feel safe. Therapy provides a chance to rework, repair, reparent, reweave, chances lost, parts of ourselves that never got developed into a new healthier whole self. It provides another chance.
History
Established in 1992.
I have been in the mental health business for over twenty years. My goal as a psychotherapist is to provide you with an environment of the strictest confidence, moving at a pace that engages you and fits your needs. As your collaborator, and with the deepest respect for your needs, I will help you know yourself so that you may know what you want for your future.
My strong belief is that all my education and life experiences have informed and enhanced my role as a psychotherapist and I encourage my clients to see their lives through that same lens. In that way, change becomes something not to be feared, but rather as an action to be supported as an act of faith and possibility.

Business Owner
I received my Masters Degree from Antioch University and bring a holistic approach to my work. With twenty years of experience in the mental health field, my focus is on inspiring motivation, hope and healing.
Why seek therapy? Often we feel a pervasive sense of unease, sadness or confusion in areas of our life that don’t work for us. We don’t understand why or how to change it. We come to therapy to find out what we can do to create a life we want and to be given the opportunity to understand what has gotten in the way. Therapy provides insight and awareness to change old patterns and offers us hope. It opens the door for the possibilities of healthy options for change and a new lens through which to view ones life and relationships. Therapy is the road to nourishing your mind, body and spirit and thus your emotional well being.
