Mr. Rosenfeld has extensive experience and training on all driving related charges, with a focus on serious DUI cases. He is trained on breath and blood testing equipment; and is qualified as a Standardized Field Sobriety Test administrator and instructor.

My experience with Attorney Rosenfeld has been an overall positive one, both in and out of the courtroom.
I am a US Army veteran and a financially struggling student at my local community college. Although Attorney Rosenfeld’s services were a higher cost than another attorney I was considering, I decided to have him represent me in my case due to his straightforwardness. Prior to appearing in court, he also displayed an extensive knowledge handling DUI cases during our correspondence.
Throughout my experience, he worked extensively with me to renegotiate prices on services I could not afford, which would have made the process all the more difficult without.
He kept in touch often and I was left with the impression that he cared to keep his client’s well-​informed. He was also willing to clarify any misunderstanding promptly and efficiently.

Highly recommend. Attorney Anton Labrentz was very nice, genuine, & knowledgeable. Their office is very accommodating, non-​judgmental & well organized. A DUI is not something anyone plans to have to go through but I am so glad I had Mark on my team. Of course mine was not the only case he was handling at the time, but I felt as if my situation was the center of Mark’s focus every time I spoke with or saw him, and I never doubted how fully invested he was in my well-​being. I have to admit– I was a disastrous little ball of tears every time he saw me, but thanks to his professional (and incredibly comforting) demeanor, I walked away feeling reassured and confident each and every time. Mark was really helpful during my whole case. He went through everything very thoroughly and was able to find some holes in the case based on the Police Officer’s claims. In the end, the charges were all reduced and I didn’t have to go through what the usual DUI cases involve (increased fines, license suspension, and installing a breathalyzer device in my vehicle). I also dropped the ball and paying my fines in full before the deadline and he was able to get me an extension in less than 24 hours of me emailing him. Mark is a stand up guy and always has his clients best interest in mind.
