This review is for Troy Slaten. I’m so glad I took a chance with Troy! I mean, yes, with a myriad of great reviews you would think it easy to choose him. But I’m a skeptic and I don’t make any huge decisions solely based on online reviews. However, one conversation with Troy was all it took. Troy Slaten has helped me in a couple. His overall knowledge of the law is admirable to say the least. He always manages to get my charges dropped to the minimal amount and keeps my case from going to trial. Troy is ALWAYS there to answer my calls and communicate to me what is going on with my cases. The way Troy enters a court room and makes it his own; even in a random city, leaves me speechless. He is a truly personable individual.

I was asked to testify as a witness for a defendant that FS&K were representing after witnessing what was perhaps unlawful entry of said defendant’s residence by a squad of sheriffs. I was as hopeful the charges on my former neighbor would be dropped as I was excited to testify as a life experience, but FS&K did such an amazing job that they managed to get all charges dropped by the DA the day of the defendant’s court appearance.
My experiences speaking with them over the phone in the days before the case as they asked what I witnessed were also thoughtful and well-​informed on their part.
I’ve luckily never been arrested, but if that day should ever come, or more likely the next time a friend has a run-​in with the law, I’ll definitely turn to Floyd, Skeren & Kelly.
