I used to visit this dry cleaner on my route home from work and they were always fast and even quickly remembered me and every last garment that I dropped off. No quality or questionable discoloration issues. They are also quite transparent about what they can and cannot fix which I you learn to appreciate after visiting other Dry Cleaners.

Quick, easy and very friendly staff. Never been disappointed with anything I’ve had sent to them. They are reasonably priced (ignore the other reviews saying they are overpriced). What I gave them I thought was actually going to be a lot more. 5 stars for this cleaners!

This could be the most expensive dry cleaner in town. I am more then happy to pay for a unique or something over the top and special which they do no do so based on cost alone I would not recommend this place to anyone. 6 dollars for a Men’s dress shirt!?!

I have been going to this dry cleaners off and on since 2008 and lately I have noticed a complete decline in quality — beginning late last year. Firstly, when I would pick up my clothes, they smelled as though they had not been property cleaned. Fortunately, I addressed that issue with them with great success and now they have taken to ruining my clothes and taking no responsibility for it. This morning I brought two items to the male customer service rep’s attention, and instead of being gracious, he attacked the quality of my clothes (which are high quality I might add) and neither took responsibility nor offered compensation for the shirt that he had ruined. I would not recommend patronizing this establishment.

Ignore the negative reviews… My first of may visits started today, with Gary coming through as promised… 16 items precisionally cleaned and pressed with next day service, fifty percent discount… Gary is the best!!! Clean, safe location, parking slim but only because the surrounding businesses are booming…

holy cow the lady that works here has a horrible way of dealing with customers! So sad, too, because the guy that’s always there (possibly the owner) is always the nicest guy. She was so rude today that I don’t think I will ever go back.

Had a really terrible experience here. I just moved into the area so was looking for a new place. This one was closest to me so I tried it out. I brought two silk dresses in that had some water stains on them. The man at the front counter couldn’t have been more rude to me. He asked what they were from, then told me I was sloppy and shouldn’t be wearing silk. When I got the dresses back none of the stains had been removed at all and I still had to pay. I immediately took them to Sloan’s at 3rd and La Jolla and they got the stains out fine.

If I could give this place a lower rating I would. The girl working the front counter was HORRIBLE. I walk in and tell her that I’m a new customer and have never used their services before. She treated me like everything she did or could do was a huge favor to me. She also told me that my clothes would probably come back to me looking the same.
Took my clothes out later in the day and took them to a different cleaners.

I had a very bad experience when I came here. I have to say that the owner emailed me a very nice message expressing her concern for the lack of customer service when I was here before. I will say that my sister went to the dry cleaner, had the same man help her, and he was apparently incredibly nice and even helped her carry her bags of dry cleaning to her car. It seems I did go there on a bad day. Thank you to the manager for your care and concern and thank you for the great service you gave my sister.

They are gentle with my clothes. My clothes are always ready on time. Staff is friendly. I get my tailoring here also. Plenty of parking. You can pull in, get your stuff, and drive right out. Always happy with my clothes after getting them back from this place. They also have coupons which I use. So their cleaning is a great value.

They get points for the lollipops– I feel like I’m a kid again, waiting for the bank teller to give me a bright artificially colored sucker with a flimsy plastic wrapper… but this place isn’t exactly in a convenient location. They’re nice people, but I have trouble parking here. And if you live or are trying to go west on Wilshire, it’s a bitch to get around.
Oh– and one more thing: I was charged $ 6.00 for a plain women’s Oxford shirt. $ 6? That’s about 20% of what the shirt is WORTH. So four more times and I might as well have just bought a new one instead of getting the old one cleaned. Honestly, I’m sick of this laundry conspiracy: Men’s shirts are what, $ 2.00? Women’s shirts cost three times MORE to launder? I swear that the dry cleaning industry is out to put us all back home, wearing high heels and vacuuming, fixing martinis at 4:30 in the afternoon. I’ve had enough! I’m going to wash my own shirts from now on.
The redvines and lollipops aren’t worth the hassle of getting to this expensive dry cleaner.
