Certain requests will require that we come and do a walk-​through

in order to provide a proper estimate (this visit is also free of charge).

History

Established in 2002.

KisClean Non-​toxic evolved out of the dream of two health and fitness instructors who also shared a love of nature. Spending much time hiking in the great outdoors, they became increasingly aware of the need to help the environment.

While establishing KisClean’s non-​toxic housecleaning services, they had trouble finding «green» products that met their expectations. That is what prompted owners Phillip and Beth to create and provide the most effective non-​toxic cleaning products on the market: products that would be completely bio-​degradable and clean remarkably well, while keeping personal, business, and industrial surroundings toxin-​free.

KisClean’s products are locally produced in Los Angeles California and are completely natural and biodegradable.

All products are environmentally safe and friendly for your family and your pets.

2 ladies arrived this morning, right on time, and did a terrific job cleaning our 2500 square foot house. I love the fact that everything they use is non-​toxic — and the fact that the ladies wore face masks to protect themselves. I intend to use them regularly from here on in. Hands down, the best experience I’ve ever had with a cleaning service.
I called KisClean super-​last-​minute wanting a same-​day deep clean on my apartment. Phillip (the owner) made it happen, which was in itself kind of a miracle. He had a team of 4 in the area and he made room in their schedule for me. Phillip was responsive, extremely professional and an excellent communicator. He showed up personally to assess the job and introduce the team. The team was amazingly thorough, professional, and exhibited a positive attitude throughout. The attention to detail was exceptional: tops of cupboards and door frames, every slat on the Venetian blinds, the inside of the (formerly filthy) broiler —- all spotless. The team also requested I do a walk-​thru and approve their work and they were quick to touch up any area I pointed out. From booking to follow-​through, these guys are the very best. I recommend hiring this company today!

KisClean uses environmentally safe, non-​toxic, and bio-​degradable cleaning products! I have been using their service to clean our two offices weekly and they do a great job. Phillip and his team are professional and thorough, most of all, they make sure to give excellent customer service.
Our office is pet friendly and because KisClean uses environmentally safe products, we don’t have to worry about them getting sick.

UCLA student here.
Philip and his team did wood floor cleaning in my apartment. His main guy, Joe, was very friendly and professional. They were here for about 3 hours scrubbing, cleaning, and resealing our very old, very dirty, and very worn-​out wood floors.
Pricing was very reasonable, work was done well, team was friendly, and I can finally walk around my apartment without getting filthy feet. No complaints here. I will likely contact them for any future cleaning I need done.

We recently bought a high-​end apartment on Wilshire as a part-​time residence when we visit from the East Coast. One of our biggest concerns was keeping the place immaculately clean even though we are not always around and our visiting schedule is irregular. Once we called in Phillip and his team, the solution was simple!
Phillip immediately knew what we were trying to accomplish, and arranged a time to clean on short notice. He carefully inventoried what work was required and was careful to confirm how each surface should be treated (both because of the high-​gloss finishes in the apartment and the fact that our young grandson would be visiting frequently). Although Phillip arrived with a single crew member, it was clear that a larger crew was necessary to get the job done well and quickly. He assured us the cost would not rise (since the charge is per employee per hour) and within 90 minutes two additional crew members were on the job, which was done within four hours.
We were impressed by the team’s diligence and thoroughness. They used ladders to wipe down every wall in the bathroom and the ledges of every window in the apartment (and there are many!). Phillip was back a couple of times to check on the team’s progress and went through the unit checking surfaces like a fussy grandmother to make sure the job was done right (only a couple of areas needed a do-​over, and they were handled quickly and cheerfully). Knowing that the team would bring all the equipment they needed and would use only child-​friendly materials was an added bonus.
We look forward to using KisClean again, both for deep cleaning and periodic touch-ups…even when we are not in town!

Excellent customer service and professionalism. The company was accommodating to my schedule and understanding of my needs. Based on my experience with them, I would recommend them for house cleaning or more specifically carpet cleaning in the west LA area. I love that they use pet-​friendly products! Philip and his crew came in to take on a big job of completely cleaning my 3 balcony patios, which were pretty filthy considering I haven’t cleaned it since I moved in 4 years ago.

I was introduced to KisClean over six years ago via a friend. They always did a fantastic job cleaning my home. The owner, Phillip, and his staff were always prompt, reliable, and very diligent with the cleanings. I never felt uncomfortable leaving the KisClean staff alone in my home. In addition, they use a line of eco-​friendly cleaning products that they produce themselves and even sell in local stores. The products are great cleaners and don’t have that terrible chemical smell that always drives my allergies crazy. I recently moved and am now located outside the service area. Makes me really appreciate what a great cleaning company I had now that its gone. I miss you KisClean but I will be ordering your products for my new cleaning company to use in my home.

I discovered KIS clean about 5 years ago through the Greenopia business guide. I had never used a cleaning service before because I felt guilty about it. I had read a lot things about how badly the employees are treated, how degrading the work can be and all the shortcuts taken to make it seem like a place is clean, when it’s not. Read Barbara Ehrenreich’s book «Nickled and Dimed» to see what I mean. On top of all that, who wants all these nasty cleaning chemicals everywhere?
Since my husband and were always working, the house was not getting any cleaner. I finally took the plunge and called KIS. Phillip, the owner, is such a genuine, kind person, with a real mission to provide a thorough cleaning service that is both SAFE and environmentally-​friendly. The ladies I’ve met who clean are so nice and seem to be treated quite well. Everything looks sparkling clean and we buy their safe, non-​toxic kid/​pet friendly cleaning products to have around for touch ups.
I also hired KIS to clean my yoga studio on a regular basis as well. So, whether it be residential or commercial, they do an excellent job.
I recommend KIS big time if you would like a clean, fresh, safe home. :)
