He NEVER rushed me, NEVER made me feel uncomfortable, and ALWAYS made me feel safe and confident in my decision. Being that it was my first surgical experience, I was terrified but Dr. Shamoun and his staff made me feel safe and calm the entire time, even taking extra time to deal with my anxiety. He cares about the PATIENT not just the procedure. He told me just what to expect after my surgery, and 8 months later it is still EXACTLY what he said it would be. No one can tell I have had any work done at all, it looks just like he said it would and is extremely natural.
