Giuseppe Zanotti

This review is not mostly about GIUSEPPE ZANNOTTI itself but more reference to those two girls in the front that think they own the store and customer service is not needed. I have 4 pairs of shoes and I asked them nicely if they clean and restore shoes as any most high end brands, she looked and me and laughed and said are your serious? Well I said ya Christian Louboutin do, Louie Vuitton do, so I thought will you. I mean she didn’t even answer my question so I let it slide and not deal with it. I asked the other female worker I have this shoe I pointed out white and grey and the white chains are dirty is there a way to clean it or a product you sell, same response well luckily this one just didn’t laugh she said i don’t know. I mean you walk into any other high end store and you tell them about a product they know head to toe but if your going have two employees that just stand there and not even help out the store it self is useless.

While some of the selections at Giuseppe are either a bit too flashy (or just downright 2 Chainz status) you’ll find that there’s actually quite a bit to find here in terms of high quality footwear.
The brand’s more subtle designs are where it’s at. (Largely because i can’t picture a world in which my shoes have more bling on than I do). If you come by Giuseppe in between seasons, you’re bound to find sales on some understated, elegant shoes. For example, the heels that I purchased to give away as a Christmas gift (see attached photo) were beautifully detailed and not at all excessively in-​your-​face — and we got them for about 40% off of their original price!
One of the pitfalls of high-​end shopping, at least for me, involves the way in which salespeople seem to subtly (or not so subtly) follow you around the store, aggressively offering assistance your way every time you show even the slightest interest in an item. Thankfully, such was not the case at this boutique, in which the staff members aren’t pushy or demanding in any way. We were greeted and offered assistance, but were left alone after that to browse the store at our leisure.
A fun, unpretentious shopping experience.

I bought a new collection sneakers from them last week and after a week I found it in Saks with 50% Discount, and when I went back to the store they said we don’t guarantee the price! And they didn’t return.
I don’t know how a new collection has a Discount, I don’t know why the brand does not guarantee the price for there customers, I don’t know how the customers will trust this brand.
GIUSEPPE ZANNOTTI if you don’t care about your customers because you are a big company, I want tell you that a oppressed guy like me who you buy a sneaker 500 $ more than Saks will tell every one and will no one will trust you which is the most important thing better the brand and the customer…

Their shoes are amazing and the customer service is outstanding. Israel assisted me and helped me get the shoes I wanted. The shoes are so comfortable and worth every penny. I will come here lots more times :)

Kevin is my dude here… if you ever shop here ask for him he’s great. One day I call them saying I want to get a sneaker and they was going to close in 15 minutes they end up keeping the store open for me for 30 minutes after now that’s love

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!! On August 6^th my bf and I were shopping for a pair of new sneakers for me. We stopped by the Zanotti store on Brighton. There were a man and a woman in the store. They greeted us and we looked around. My bf bent over to look a pair of sneakers and we overheard the male associate saying to the female associate that my bf’s wearing Gap jeans so he’s not going to buy anything. The female associate then started laughing hysterically. Really? So, I bought a pair of Zanottis from Neiman Marcus. It was an awful experience and I am not even sure if I want to buy another pair of shoes from them.

The shoes are gorgeous, last weekend they helped me with a pair that I plan on wearing for my birthday this upcoming weekend.
They were helpful, a little chatty but not in an annoying way & prompt!
