Meet the Business Owner
Daniel L.
Business Owner
I was very skinny when I was growing up and it was something that I really wanted to change. I had a desire to look like some of my favorite superheroes. The only problem was that I didn’t know how.
During high school I asked my mom to let me get a gym membership but she was very reluctant because she was afraid weight lifting was going to stunt my growth. Instead, my mom let me take Kung Fu lessons. It was there that I learned about stretching, body weight training, and primed my body for muscular growth. Besides, every Chinese kid knows Kung Fu, right?
When I entered college, there was a full gym at my disposal. That’s when I started reading and studying everything that I could get my hands on about training and nutrition.
When I picked up my first dumbbell, my life was never the same ever again. As my body changed, I noticed something else even more important changing. It was the change on the inside. I realized that if I wanted something bad enough, I can achieve it.
