I live in the gas leak area of Porter Ranch, CA. Peter came with the crew to wash the outside of the house this morning due to some oil residue from the gas leak that they found. He is such a nice gentleman and funny too. If you need you window wash call him he is very reliable and good. He even fixed my screens without me having them do it as they were blended but he straighten them. Clean and clear is the company you need to call for you window washing need. We have a large yet narrow atrium with windows on one side and mirror on the other. With daily watering of the plants, the windows and mirrors quickly build up calcium and water residue. Called Peter in December and he came over the following day. The area to clean is not very easy to get to without damaging surrounding plants, but he did a very thorough and amazing job with it all. He left the place clean and spotless. We have had several people clean the atrium and he by far did the best job.

They did my triple paned Windows today and did a great job. I’d definitely recommend.

I had my floor to ceiling sliding doors washed by Peter and his team just in time for the holiday and I am astonished at how perfect each door came out. I’ve gone through several window washing companies and not a single one can begin compare. Peter showed up on time and his professional team went to work right away. They finished in a reasonable amount of time and for a reasonable price. All hard water stains, dirt, and smudges were removed from even the hardest to reach areas. As far as window washing in Los Angeles is concerned, nobody comes close to Clean and Clear.
I hired them after I saw them clean a completely glass house for a pilot program called Glass House. The windows were much better to look at then the TV show. My neighbor also hired them for chandelier cleaning and was thrilled with results. Its an easy process to work with Peter. Keep it up guys. Clean and Clear is a gem.

To mention window cleaning in Los Angeles without mentioning Clean and Clear should never happen. They were prompt, courteous, and efficient Very attentive when it came to making sure no water ever dripped on the floors or carpets. They wore surgical foot covers over new deck shoes that they use only while inside. It was nice to finally see clean people doing the cleaning. My boss hired clean and clear to do commercial window cleaning at our three story office with all paint covered, small pane windows. Someone tagged my windows with spray paint so I called Clean & Clear — Pete was in the area and stopped by to give a free estimate within an hour, I had him do it on the spot. He was able to get the paint off much easier than I could with some sort of special solution.
I asked him if he can price out pressure washing my patio & applying a waterproof sealer. I had already got 3 quotes and Pete had the best price.
I love the look of our new patio, the sealer he used really brought out the colors of our river rock.

Professional, is the only word to describe the service and quality from Peter and his team. The crew came in and cleaned up what the previous cleaner couldn’t do. His showing up early was especially appreciated since it allowed me to avoid cooling my heels in 100+ degree temperature as I had already vacated the property.
Expertise
Prior to delivering my quote, Peter looked up my home on Redfin so he was knowledgeable about the number of windows and their access. I don’t know about you, but not having to explain every nuance surrounding these facts was really nice considering I was under a deadline to move out of this rental and into my new home within a matter of days. While I didn’t inquire as to his process and the results I should expect, I felt certain it went well beyond my window washing exploits at the age of 13 which involved vinegar, newspaper, a lot of time and less than stellar results.
Success in Delivering Service
The last time I saw a sliding door this clean, I ran into it, thinking it was open. Seriously, not to be cliché, but every window in my two story 3500 square foot house sparkled. Peter brought his own equipment, cleaning every single window and sill inside and out to perfection. Working on his own, he accomplished this within four hours – an hour ahead of schedule. My security deposit was returned in full and while the carpet and house cleaners I employed played a significant part those sparkling windows assisted as well. In addition to my landlady, a broker with a major realty company, in the week following I received calls from neighbors asking to be referred to C&CWW.
