As a promo for their new season airing this Sunday, Arrested Development brought forth their very own Bluth’s Original Frozen Banana stands for fans to feast on, gratis-​style! Starting Monday in Culver City, it made its way to good ‘ol Bev Hills today.
Personally NOT a fan of frozen chocolate, the dark-​chocolate covered bananas were however delightful to feast on (again, due to its gratis nature). Thankfully I did not wait in the 50+ people deep line for today’s Bev Hills stand as my awesome colleagues grabbed one for me.
Here’s the blurb from AD’s website:
«Bluth’s Original Frozen Banana», a frozen banana stand was started by [character] George in 1953 as part of the Bluth Company. It is located on the Oceanside Wharf boardwalk, on Balboa Island in Newport Beach. Throughout the series, the banana stand gets destroyed and rebuilt several times.
