I had my windshield repaired here. They are great at what they do and the prices reflect that.

My car was broken into last night at 7 PM. They smashed the front door window. I called Paramount Auto Glass after reading Unilocal reviews. They called back within the hour. Keven arrived, as promised, this morning at 9 AM. By 9:45 my window was replaced and the car perfectly vacuumed of broken glass. Great job and very reasonable. I totally recommend them.

The quote from the company my insurance uses was $ 275 for passenger door glass. Plus $ 30 to drive out. So $ 305. I found these guys through
. Got a quote online. They called me at 8 am. Made appointment for 3 pm. They came to my house. Did the whole thing in about 15 minutes. Just like new. $ 175. Wow! These guys are great. Only odd thing was charging the credit card over the phone. Thought they could use Square.

I called based on Unilocal reviews… and they were prompt, efficient, came to my home, and more affordable than the other vendor I called. New front windshield was replaced with minimum disruption to my schedule and wallet. Thanks, Unilocalers.

I called today around 11am, they were very courteous over the phone and quoted a very fair price. I set up a same day appointment for them to come change my windshield at work. The guy arrived at 2pm and was finished by 3pm. Couldn’t ask for anything more! If I have any issues in the future I’ll definitely be a repeat customer.
*update* oh man, just a few short hours after writing this review last night someone busted the rear passenger window of my husband’s car. I called Paramount at 7:45 am and they had someone to my work by 8:20 and fixed my window in less than an hour. They vacuumed out all the glass from the back seat too which I really appreciate. They were very nice over the phone and gave me a discount, probably because they felt bad. The installer Kevin was really nice and professional as well. Another A+ performance! (Hopefully I won’t be needing their services anymore though!)

My review comes in a week late so I apologize I forgot my technician’s name but they all get the five star rating. My drivers side car window had been broken into and really for what? Everywhere else I had called I would have lost more money paying for the window than what was actually stolen! Paramount gave me a good price and let me know they would drive to me but I said F it I need my window fixed ASAP, they were very welcoming had my window fixed and in perfect working condition in less than the promised 45 mins! Because they mainly drive to you the office isn’t setup for guests to chill in while your window gets fixed but they were still pretty accommodating and I appreciate the effort of everyone there, if you’ve ever had a bad experience here i don’t know what to tell you, they f**k with me!

Excellent experience, I brought my Mini to replace the windshield. The price was great and the service was good too. I just waited about 40 mins and everything was done. While I was waiting for them, Han taught me a lot of knowledge of auto glass. Also, I had good taste coffee and some snacks. In shorts, it was excellent experience and I would highly recommend my friends to come if they need any services of auto glass.

Paramount Auto Glass is great. After frustrating lack of attention from AAA and their glass provider, Safelite, I started searching on my own, used Unilocal and found these spectacular ratings for Paramount — and they are well-​deserved. Paramount gave me a quote on the phone which was a little negotiable because of my deductible. We schedule a same-​day appointment «in an hour» — they were there in 45 minutes. And completely done in about 45 more — glass matched perfectly, car completely vacuumed and clean.
I’m still waiting for a call back from AAA and Safelite to schedule an appointment — which would have been Friday at the earliest.
Small, competitive, smart, energetic owner seemed happy to have the work and did a fabulous job.

Replaced the rear window in my 10 year old Acura. They quoted me an excellent price on the phone. They had material on hand and dispatched excellent repair technician (Carlos) who did the work in a short amount of time. All in all, excellent experience.

Excellent service. I called them around 9am, the guy showed up in less than an hour, and had the passenger door window on my Prius replaced within about 45 minutes. Pricing was better than anywhere else, and I didn’t have to take my car anywhere. Would definitely recommend them and use them again (although I hope I never need them again).

I got a really great price! Lowest price I was quoted out of 6 different companies. The staff (office and field guy) was very friendly and so accommodating. The guy who came out, Roberto, was fast and nice. The work was good! It was such a relief having this go smoothly and fast!

Got the competitive price quote over the internet for my Jeep Cherokee front passenger smashed glass.
Installer called me back within the hour and appeared shortly after SAME DAY and all done and clened up the broken glass inside and out. I’M VERY PLEASED and took away some of the frustration I was feeling for someone smashing my window for what appeared to be no reason (nothing to steal).

The job was done right the first time. They even came out to my location. The price on the final invoice was the same price I agreed to. The technician was prompt and courteous. Excellent company, will do business again.

Great prices, have a ton of windows in stock, super speedy call-​backs, arrived exactly on time, got done 20 minutes faster than quoted, very friendly service and installer did great job. Vacuumed car and wiped all interior Windows! :-)

I needed to replace my fiancée’s auto windshield today for her Toyota Corolla, so I called around my area to find the best place that could help me out. Out of all the places I called (5 in total), Paramount gave me the best price (by far) and only Paramount and another place have the inventory in stock to help me today! Not tomorrow, not two days later.
Furthermore, they made it so much more convenient for me because they are a mobile service, and they were very quick to respond — my guy showed up 30mins later at my house. On top of this, the guy was super nice and walked me thru what he is doing (I am a curious kind of guy), and he was done from start to finish in an hour.
If you need to have your auto glasses fix, I would definitely recommend Paramount. This will be the first place I called next time I have problem with my auto glass.

Price was great. Service seemed great, up until the end.
I needed to replace my rear passenger side quarter window (the small triangle-​looking one) as someone broke into my car and smashed the original. I called a bunch of places and these guys gave the best price and offered same day mobile installation (they come to you). The serviceman was on time, vacuumed everything up, and installed the new window with no problems.
When I originally called to the get the quote, the man on the phone said $ 132 all fees included and that credit card was fine for payment. However, when it came time to pay, the serviceman asked for cash. When I told him I only had card, he said again that cash was preferred. He pointed to the cuts on his arms and remarked how he got those cuts because of my older car. Finally, he took out the bill which showed $ 144 because of tax and «slashed» the price down to $ 132 (the original quoted price). I appreciated the gesture, but still thought this was pretty strange, especially since they even have the VISA and MasterCard logos on the side of the repair truck. In the end, he agreed to follow me while I had to go to the bank to get cash and into another side store where I had to get change to make it exactly $ 132.

Replaced windshield on my 02 Honda accord for ~$ 150 out the door. I called two other places who quoted me prices over $ 200. Also, the other two places weren’t available until 2 – 4 days later for an appointment! Plus, I had to go to those other two places. These guys came to me, were available the same day. Carlos finished the job in 45 minutes and I was good to go.

Three days ago, I called this people to get a quote, a big branch of tree fell and totally damaged my windshield… darn it!
Before calling them, I already called 3 other auto glass but most of them are so pricey. I was so surprise when they give me a lower price than the others. I have to repeat it to them to make sure I heard it right :)
I tried if they could come and fix it on the same day but the guy said they have to order the glass and no available person to fix. Well, totally understand that, its already afternoon, so he scheduled me on the next day.
The next day, I called them to follow up my appointment, I am impressed that they are on time when I expected them. Carlos, the guy who fix it, is really nice and he said he can do it for 45 minutes.
I am so excited and happy that they could do it quickly coz I am celebrating my birthday with friends that night.
After 45 minutes, Wow! my windshield looks new and he vacuumed the interior of my car. He informed me that my dashboard is broken which I kinda knew already from the impact of the tree branch, also he said to keep the tape at least 24hrs and leave the window open (small crack) so the air can circulate.

I am sure that you can probably get a glass installed by them, think that its a great job, not know/​notice the quality of the glass or workmanship and give these guys 5 stars. There is probably is a chance that the repair would be a decent one, but I can assure, you do not want take that chance. After all automotive glass needs to be tempered correctly, if the glass is not made correctly or is a CHEAP CHINESE KNOWOFF (which is what this company puts in your car) there is a chance that it can shatter incorrectly in an accident, i.e. instead of braking up into little squares, it can break into shards. That being said, do yourself yourself a favor, for you, your kids, or whoevers safety, get yourself a quality glass and don’t go to this company.
This is my experience: Everyone was quite nice actually, EXCEPT for the owner/​main tech, (dont buy the fancy website thing, its just a guy with a truck and a couple workers, no management or office or anything like that) so if you have a problem you have to talk to the only guy who is a complete asshole.
Had this guy come out and put in a side glass into my nissan, Its a fairly new car so I figured they would put a close to OEM glass into it. This was not the case. After they had left this is what I found about my repair
1. Window was not rolling up correctly and pinching/​wrinkling the rubber strip that it rides on, so that it was completely sticking out
2. There were tool marks on the very expensive aluminum button bezel
3. The window was not only the incorrectt thickens, it had an incorrect curvature, THEY GAVE ME A WINDOW THAT WAS LITERALLY NOT CURVED ENOUGH.
Called them back to have the guy come out and take a look at it, they sprayed some silicone spray on it, told me to leave it alone for a a few days, when i pointed out the tool marks they completely denied it, even though they are very clear deep scratched from the screw driver they used to pull the small panel off
Left the car for a few days to see if the rubber would take shape of the glass, obviously it did not, called them back and told them and they told me they would replace the glass with a «PREMIUM» (chinese) glass (yes, oxymoron i know)
They put in the new window, and what do you know, that window still bunches up the rummer molding just like it did before, so they tell me again to leave the windown and not touch it for a few days again. I give these guys the benefit of the doubt again and leave the window for a few days. In the meantime while the car was wet from the rain I notice that this window is actually WARPED and DISTORTED, basically it had waves in it when looking at it from the side. It became pretty obvious that they simply swapped the old crappy window for the same brand and type window and that this new glass was not any more premium that the other one.
Finally I had enough, called them back and had the main guy come, take the glass back and simply give me the money back. What struck me the most was the ridiculous attitude this guy had (owner?) as if this whole thing was somehow my fault and that he had the right to talk/​treat me like shit. He took the window out, handed me the receipt and without saying anything walked back into his car. After they had run off, I took another look at the same panel that they had scratched in the firm place and found that this time he actually managed to BEND IT. here is a pic:
After all that:
1. I went to the dealership
2. ordered a REAL OEM glass
3. Put it in myself, and guess what?
4. NOW everything works great without a single wrinkle in the rubber molding
