History
Established in 2012.
For more than ten years I’ve researched cognition, psychology, counseling, and spiritual practice. I figured out how to make the most of the unusual strengths that come along with ADHD’s signature cognitive differences and behavior traits. I trained myself to switch between «cloud» thinking and highly focused output. Now, I’m driven to help others develop this agility.

Before I knew I had the ADHD diagnosis, I got a Master’s degree at Yale University’s insanely demanding graduate program in religion & ethics. I had to create a mindset and method for myself to support a huge volume of information processing, directed creativity, and high-level relationship management.
I received the ADHD diagnosis around age 30 and read the groundbreaking book by Ned Hallowell, Driven to Distraction. I laughed, I cried, it changed my life. This initial breakthrough provided a new depth of clarity about my own process and neurology. A compelling need to understand myself and the condition has driven me to ingest massive amounts of information on the dynamics of ADHD in families, individual psychology, society, schooling, culture, cognition, nutrition, personality development, psychopharmacology, and spirituality.
