I found Elizabeth through the No More Mr. Nice Guy group. It took me a year before I could work up the courage to join her Shameless Seduction class and her Badass Program. It has been tough. Extremely tough. You think you can handle stretching yourself out of your comfort zone but when Elizabeth really takes you there it becomes one of the hardest things you will ever experience. I highly recommend if you truly want to change.
My goal is to find my strength and base of being a man and not feeling shame for it. Elizabeth and her coaches are helping me reach that goal.

After my birthday this year, I was in a really dark place. I realized how unhappy I was with my life — my personal life, my relationships with friends, girls, and my career. I realized so many things I was taught to do in my life were actually bringing me pain, yet I had no idea how to fix myself. I decided to look into hiring a coach.
Before I started my life coaching with Elizabeth and David, I met them at one of their Meetups, where they offer a «sneak peak» into their coaching methods and philosophies. What I really liked about them was that they were very straightforward about coaching their clients to use the power of honesty to improve their lives — honesty with others and most importantly with themselves. They are the antithesis of a pickup coach. I decided to take the plunge and start working with Elizabeth.
I can honestly say that these last few months have been the most enlightening moments of my life. The self improvement work that I have done has been difficult, mostly because they were the opposite of what I was taught throughout my life to do as a «nice guy». David helped me realize how «nice guys» are often not so nice, and definitely not so honest as they would have you believe — this applied directly to me. Most importantly, I am learning the subtle art of «not giving a f-​ck» and just being myself in life — letting people in my life accept me for who I am, not what they want me to be, and establishing healthy boundaries with the special people in my life.
With respect to dating, Elizabeth and her team of coaches teach how to use honesty, communication, and vulnerability to communicate with women. They put us through intense coaching to show us what women want and need men to be in their lives. Much of the work is very intense and can be emotional, but they force you to really drill down inside of yourself to find what is hurting you and how you can fix it. Finally and most importantly, they taught me to embrace my masculinity and express it — not to repress it.
As a result of this first stage of my hard work, I am much happier at work and with my personal life. I am having my best year of my career at work. I am dating the girl of my dreams. Elizabeth, David and her coaches have helped me begin the process of healing myself and becoming a better, more honest and caring man. I have also made many friends who were undergoing their own struggles similar to mine. It was truly amazing to watch all of us grow together as men.
I fully recommend her coaching to anyone who is interested and committed to the process of mastering the long game of self improvement and living a healthier, happier, more fulfilling life. The work is hard, but so damn rewarding.

Working with Elizabeth has been a very accelerated transformational journey. What impressed me the most was how connected she is with various other coaches, mentors, and leaders that she frequently brings to the various events she hosts. By virtue of just being around her, I’ve never felt more connected with people who are also on the same journey as I am, or people who are immensely passionate in the work that I’m also interested in. Elizabeth has a wide range of resources and insights that you will soon become familiar and integrated with just by being in her presence.

Working with Elizabeth and her coaches have been fantastic. They are all caring, loving, understanding and more importantly very intuitive. Within few weeks in her program, I have noticed positive changes in my thinking, behavior and energy. Her aim not to just have you learn how to be a fake «pick up artist» to get women, instead, she will help you figure yourself out and tap into your inner strength. Once you tap into your own strength and clear your emotional baggage, women will be chasing you naturally. That’s what happened to me and that’s what will happen to you if you follow her lead and let yourself realize your own greatness.

Elizabeth and her coaches are outstanding! Would highly recommend! She creates an environment for men to grow in self improvement and to learn how to really connect with women. The self improvement work is challenging but beneficial beyond words. You really see the world and yourself in a new, positive light. In terms of dating, there are no pickup lines to memorize, canned material, or other ineffective means to fully attract a woman. Rather, it’s really learning about what women desire and how to communicate to them through masculine energy. Elizabeth and all her coaches are very attune to what road blocks are preventing each man from succeeding in life and with women (and can spot the road blocks immediately!) Lastly, the bond that I created with my classmates is stronger than some friendships that I have had since childhood, and I know that each of us has each other’s back.

Elizabeth is a phenomenally talented coach. She has a particular gift for working with men. She is perhaps the most effective coach I have ever known in empowering men to step fully into their unapologetic masculinity. She transforms intellectual shy «nice guys,» guys perpetually stuck in the Friend’s Zone with women, and unleashes the powerful, confident, vital men, men who have the cahoones to approach powerful hot women and light them up in every way. I have never met another human being who has been so effective at unlocking the innate authentic power in others. The straight women of the SF Bay Area owe a tremendous debt of gratitude to her, because she is depopulating the pool of spineless, craven, over-​sensitive wimps, and replacing them with an army of authentic and compassionate badasses ready to meet powerful women on their own level.

Elizabeth is amazing… smart, insightful, intuitive and blessed with a caring heart. She creates an atmosphere for your true self to emerge and be welcomed. She models openness/​vulnerability in her own being which allows for your vulnerability to be shared and become a part of your conscious experience. I have seen significant, real and very positive shifts in my dating life and experience of women/​people in general since I started working with Elizabeth, Wow… a powerful (sometimes intense) but FUN ride! BTW… I am an Ivy-​league educated, successful business-​owner/​Father with a lot of life experience.

I am a successful, professional male who leads an active and rewarding lifestyle. I have never had a problem attracting women in my life, and I have had several long term relationships. About a year ago, my (now) ex-​girlfriend and I broke up because there was no spark left in our relationship. Looking back, I now realize that our relationship had been a passionless and loveless affair like many of the relationships I’ve had throughout my life. I met Elizabeth through one of her meetup events, and we immediately connected on multiple levels. During our initial consultation, we identified my inability to develop and maintain intimacy, and together we custom tailored a program designed to open up my heart to the possibility of true, meaningful and deep love. Elizabeth is a warm and tender person who cares deeply about helping her clients. Over the next few weeks, she helped me explore the deepest and most sensitive regions of my heart with gentle and compassionate acceptance. She taught me the value and power of vulnerability, and to never allow toxic shame to define my relationships. But most importantly, Elizabeth has shown me that I am both worthy and deserving of love.

Elizabeth is an absolute gem. She’s been coaching me on and off for ten years, during which she has been a consummate professional, knowledgeable, inspirational, supportive and nurturing. She has helped me connect more effectively with colleagues in my field and also in my personal life. She finds creative ways to encourage clients to get in touch with their true callings and go after them, allowing the false stories we tell ourselves that no longer serve us to fall away.
I can’t recommend Ms. Cruz enough. She’s passionate about helping others grow into their own power, find success in whatever way they define it, and allow joy and intimacy into their lives.

I can honestly say I have come to have a whole new outlook on myself and on life in general. There is still a lot of work to do, but I know that with Elizabeth’s help I can create the life I want. And she’s loads of fun! The process of changing your life can be quite difficult at times, but Elizabeth’s warmth, compassion, and love keeps me going and on track.
