History

Established in 2010.

Everything I do comes from a simple motto: «Follow Your Heart.»

After a successful career doing animation and graphic design for big companies, I discovered that my real passion was personal: my heart was truly fulfilled when I was baking healthy gourmet treats for friends and family, or sewing them unique clothing that was fun and functional. The rest is history.

My gourmet organic cupcakes kept getting rave reviews, and friends started requesting them for birthdays and baby showers! Now I produce dozens, even hundreds of these all-​natural edible artworks for everything from corporate events to weddings and kid’s parties!

I’m proud to be the winner of the very first all-​vegan episode of Cupcake Wars on the Food Network. I sparkled the judge’s taste buds with my exotic, fresh flavors and created a stunning eco display for the Los Angeles Green Festival to win the competition against 3 other top cupcake makers. It’s a huge accomplishment early in my baking career.

I’m a vegan cupcake superstar.

I handcraft 100% natural and organic, bite-​sized vegan-​friendly cupcakes called Bliss Cakes. Bliss Cakes are more than just cupcakes. They are edible art, topped with colorful flowers, filled with succulent fruits and nectars, spiced up with exotic superfoods, and made with only the freshest, local and organic ingredients.

I’ve sparkled taste buds with my exotic fresh flavors have at exclusive events, including the L.A. premier of Vanishing Bees with Oscar Nominated actress Ellen Page, the Humane Society’s 25th Anniversary Genesis Awards After Party with Betty White and Sex & the City’s Kristin Davis, and a fabulous launch party for E! News host Giuliana Rancic’s healthy living website Fab Fit Fun. My Bliss Cakes regularly attract local and national press on Fox News, Daily Candy, Mari​aShriver​.com, Vital Juice, and many more.

The. best. cupcakes. period.
The point of cupcakes is that they are not just a delicious indulgence but fabulous, fun and fantastical. These cupcakes are straight out of a magical storybook teatime. Adorned with fresh fruit and flowers, these cupcakes are visually stunning. They look positively fit for fairies.
We have had these cupcakes as dessert at a bunch of parties. They would be perfect for bridal showers, baby showers, events (especially vegan, organic and eco-​conscious), kid’s birthday parties. .. I think they’re even classy enough for a wedding!
And aside from appearance, they taste amazing. I don’t even normally like cupcakes — too cloyingly sweet with sugar overload. These cupcakes have just the right balance of sweet, tart and decadent. Plus they’re made with fresh, natural, organic ingredients and superfoods like açai, green tea, cacao, bee pollen. These cupcakes are like a bite of really good dark chocolate — quality over quantity.
My favorite is the raspberry with matcha green-​tea icing. Close second would be the lavender mandarin orange.

After seeing dozens of pictures posted online of Stephanie’s stunningly, artfully decorated cupcakes that were getting rave reviews pouring in from all who had tried them, and the onslaught of requests for her to provide cupcakes for the biggest and smallest of events, I developed quite the longing to try even ONE! After months of longing, I finally did and it surpassed all my hopes and expectations. That was a miracle. Gorgeous, delicious vegan cupcakes packed with a high powered nutritional punch?! I am boggled at how something SO riotously elegant, scrumptious, mouth watering and bliss inducing can actually be GOOD for me, but I am so grateful that these little bites of heaven exist in the world. More, please!

Take notice Los Angeles — these cakes are THE BEST! I’ve had one opportunity to taste these incredibly balanced, rich and perfectly sized bundles of joy; and let me tell you, you are in for a cup-​cake memory of a lifetime. I’ve worked in fine dining from San Francisco to Sonoma and most recently New York — and Stephanie Sparkles has the skills to Wow! even my seasoned palate. First, her presentation is more than on-​point. The colors are overwhelming in the best of ways and her gentle nature is magnetic. And on to the taste — I’m completely impressed with the sweet presence of her creams and super fresh fruit toppings; not too sweet and full of earthy umami base tones. And the cake! I had to ask her twice, just to make sure, that they were actually vegan. The crumb was unbelievably light and moist. Oh, and did I mention they were all organic? Like woe! Congratulations Stephanie ~ you have exceeded all of my expectations for the pastry arts. Your creations are not only stunningly gorgeous and delicious, they nourish my body and spirit. Cheers!

The most beautiful, all-​natural cupcakes I’ve ever had. Period.
She’s really on to something and rises above the crowd.
Made with real sensitivity to the flavors of the ingredients: i.e. you TASTE REAL FRUIT and infusions.
This is NOT like any other cupcake I’ve had — almost in its own category: a new bite-​sized vehicle for incredibly nutritious (antioxidant-​rich, all-​organic) ingredients.
And again: BEAUTIFUL PRESENTATION. Really magical, adorable works of art. I’d feel comfortable ordering them for everything from a kids’ party to a wedding to a ladies luncheon…

First off I normally cant stand cup cakes because they usually taste synthetic with disgusting icing as the topping. But when when i tried these I tasted fresh, authentic and natural art. Not too sweet but full of intricate flavor profiles. It is true that one cup cake can make me smile the rest of the day when it is made with love and natural ingredients.
But look at the presentation. I almost am reluctant to consume such a beautiful piece.
