Batch Pastries

Delicious!!! Thank you, Emily for our delectable mini cupcakes and wedding cake! Everyone LOVED the cupcakes and my husband and I very much enjoyed our cake! Emily is a pleasure to work with and the ordering process was easy and seamless. I would highly recommend Batch Pastries! I already ordered another cake for my brother-in-law’s engagement party and we are ordering mini cupcakes for our upcoming holiday party. You will not be disappointed! :-)
My favorite flavors are the lemon cake with lemon curd and strawberry shortcake but I haven’t tried all of the flavors as of yet. :-)

I met Emily at a bridal show earlier this year and WOW, did I luck out! At the bridal show I tasted some of her delicious macarons and learned she also does tiered wedding cakes, sheet cakes and much more. I asked about pricing (which is totally reasonable) and scheduled a cake tasting soon after. The tasting was great (we sampled 3 – 4 flavors and were even allowed to bring along my now-husband’s sister and mom last minute). She was super helpful, responded promptly to email/​phone inquires and most importantly produced a gorgeous two-​tiered cake and two large sheet cakes for our Sept 27^th wedding. We ended up choosing four different flavors (strawberry, lemon, carrot and red velvet) and all were SO SO good. I would recommend Emily and By C. Pasties for wedding cakes in a heartbeat!

I ordered an apple pie from Emily for my work place’s weekly coffee hour. Really wonderful pie, hand delivered to me. I also had her sweet potato pie from Saul’s and that was delicious too. Her cookies are well made with care. AND, had some of a wedding cake at a friend’s wedding. I liked the restraint in that cake. It was not over the top sweet and indulgent. It had nice flavors in it. Emily has nothing to hide by making things too saccharine. In fact, thinking back to that sweet potato pie, it also was not overly sweet, but was still an awesome treat I could go back to over and over again. Hm.. . maybe that’s her plan! Will definitely be seeking out more of her work.

The best! Great quality here – truly gourmet treats made by an expert. Emily delivered a treat box to my husband for Valentine’s Day and I was lucky enough to get some leftovers. They were dangerously delicious, but not overwhelming; the sugar never overpowers the flavor. I also ordered a bunch of macarons for a business event a few months ago and they were a huge hit. By C Pastries is one of those places that makes you want to grab the nearest person you find and say, «Taste this!»

I’ve ordered 2 cakes from By C. Pastries, one for my daughter’s first birthday and one for my husband’s birthday. Each cake was super tasty and looked great– exactly what I wanted both times. So often cakes that look cute don’t taste great– not the case here. I’ve also had macarons (so pretty!) and cookies that come in the treat boxes– again great presentation and taste. Ordering was easy, and she even delivers. The whole process was totally stress-​free, just what you want when you’re planning parties!

These treats are incredible! I tried macaroons, a crispy chocolate cookie (seriously amazing), and some lemony sugary buttery cookies that were super yummy. Definitely a treat for the tastebuds! You can tell they were made with care.
These were very special cookies. I would serve them as a special dessert, or at a party or event. You only need one to feel satisfied, as they are quite rich in flavor and decadent by design.
As a side note, the woman who owns this business seems like a very nice person, and I’m sure as her business grows, the customer service and product will be stellar along the way.
Highly recommend you try these delights!!!
