called to get a quote Patty answered with a very fair price for what I needed. she called me Saturday to let me know that I could bring my car in if I wanted I said I would be in Tuesday morning. showed up and I meet her installer William very kool guy knows his STUFF INSIDE OUT. I was very satisfied with what he did for my car .he even took pictures for me to show me what he did with the dynmat on door panels. wow this guy takes his JOB with a PASSION! I’ve been to Best Audio to have systems installed in two different cars as well as a duplicate remote programmed. I have a Cadillac CTS — not an easy installation and was a bit worried. William did an amazing job!!! Installation great! Looks good! Sound is great! They really know what they’re doing. Smooth dealings all the way around. I couldn’t be happier. Thank you.

Was excited to go here based off all the reviews I saw. When I got there at 9
They were 15 min late to open. What I wanted was simple four door speakers and a deck. I ask for cheapest parts at which they tell me 400! They were charging me through the roof! Laughed in my face when I said I’d be willing to pay 80 $ for a deck and 50 $ a speaker. Sad service and prices which is why you deserved 1 star

These guys are great. Helped me get the most boom for my buck, working with my budget. My amp went out a couple months later (either due to the heat wave or my blasting my music too loud, or both) and they swapped it out in five minutes. They do charge shipping for the parts on warranty items, but that seems fair enough. It’s nice to know that I have a banging’ system that can be doctored up for next to nothing anytime something goes wrong.

Patty is so amazing! I’m a broke Cal student and I came in last minute to get a new stereo system before we drove to Vegas for my birthday weekend, and Patty gave me a student discount and really helped me out. I’ll always come back!

Patty and her sidekick William did a great job getting my new speakers installed in my BMW. William is a man of few words but he clearly knows what he is doing. When I gave him some special instructions on how to install my speakers, he listened patiently and did exactly as I requested. In fact, he took a picture of his work to show me that he had done exactly as I asked. That is what you call integrity and pride in your work. These folks clearly care about their reputation and doing quality work.

This review is late in coming, but I promised I would write it! These folks were super nice, efficient and they matched the lowest price of the stereo I had found at Walmart. They installed the radio in less than an hour and it’s been working perfectly since. Highly recommended!

They don’t have that many reviews written at their NEW location, interesting to see that Unilocal doesn’t carry over the good reviews from their old location.
I had a good experience at this place.
Staff wasn’t super chummy with me, but they were very professional, quick, and got the job done as promised, on time, and on budget (within like 10 bucks). I also shopped around at like 3 or 4 shops describing my job and asking for rough quotes, and while most places were reluctant to offer an exact quote for the job without seeing the vehicle (I didn’t drive the car to any other place), the few that gave me a ballpark estimate quoted way higher than Best Auto.
My job:
New double-​din dvd bluetooth enabled car stereo (purchased at Crutchfield)
Sub box (existing from previous car)
Amp (ditto)
Aftermarket license plate rear view camera (linked to stereo, purchased on Amazon)
All that stuff basically in the trunk still boxed up when I pull in.
Installed perfectly, no complaiints.
Only thing I had him quickly do was adjust the angle on the backup camera (as I recall, it was pointed a little low).
5 stars. I’ll go again.

Good people fast service, fast installation and the dog is cool too, prices are nice they also have deals if you don’t want anything too fancy, my first time here and it was smooth

This place installed an aftermarket double din deck for me at the end of the day and i must say the installer guy had that sucka in around 20 minutes. The owner is a nice and sociable Grown Mature Woman. My experience here was STRAIGHT!
