All Ways Lockout Service

I don’t really like to give bad reviews, but my roommate and I were definitely ripped off by this company. My roommate had to call a locksmith about two weeks ago because he was locked out and I was out of town, and so he called this place. When the locksmith arrived, he told my roommate it would be 150 if he didn’t have to break the lock, and 180 if he did.
Well the locksmith did break the lock, and then charged my roommate 244 dollars, claiming he would come back the next day to fix it. The surcharge was supposed to be for the new part to fix the lock. The locksmith did not come back the next day, and we didn’t receive any notifications from the company. After a few days we called back, explaining the situation to a receptionist who made it seem like the situation was our fault, and finally got a hold of the locksmith. He agreed to come look at the lock, but was very disgruntled and condescending over the phone and in person. He said it would be 160 to fix it and he still had to get the new part. When I brought up the discrepancy in the fees, I was shut down immediately, again in a rude and aggressive manner. He told me to remind him to return the next day, otherwise he could forget. I reminded him and he returned, and it ended up costing 190.
In the end we were charged a total of 434 dollars to be let into our apartment. I will never contact this service again.

awesome service our tech came out right away and my sons car was opened in less then 5 minutes… could not ask for a better service!
