Had to get to SFO early in the morning and wasn’t sure if Über would be available. Made a reservation online through the website and got an email confirmation within the hour. The driver arrived early and we were on our way in the dark. Just before the Bay Bridge toll I realized that I left one of my bags at home with all of my critical items (wallet, phone, computer…) in it! The driver immediately worked our way off of the bridge and rushed back to my place to pick up my bag. I felt like such an idiot for forgetting my bag but the the driver was actually apologetic about how he should have reminded me to check that I had everything. He then got on the phone with the owner to figure out the best routes to cut through the morning traffic and actually got me to SFO with time spare!

They are just the best! Always on time and so friendly. I’ve used them four times now for 4:30 am pick-​ups to the airport and I don’t think I’ll ever use anyone else.

I have used Hussein a couple of times over the past years. He seems to have a stable and reliable service. This past trip, I was a little bit worried to arrive at SFO and find that he had sent one of his «friends» but it all worked out and I remain a fan. The fellow was a good driver and got me home expeditiously. When I need a cab to the airport, this is what I use. I can’t stand the numerous stops of the shuttle services, and Hussein charges a fair price. I especially appreciate the stability of having this individual in business for a number of years. Unlike taking your chances unknowns…

Early morning airport run turned into near-​fatal experience. Friendly but inexpert driver relied on his handheld device to navigate and it must have been slow. Despite our multiple cautious comments and suggestions about proper directions, he veered and careened to manage turns and exits. Seriously thought we were going to die when he veered into a tight downhill exit ramp after he passed the airport. Skidding, slamming of brakes, followed by profuse apologies several times.
He should not be on the road.

Punctual, polite, fast, and safe, with a comfortable, clean car. Hussein was quiet, but it was 2:59am when he pulled up to bring me to SFO from Oakland, and I wasn’t feeling especially chatty either. It was a little cheaper than what I had to pay for the cab from the cab stand at SFO to get home, so I think the rates are comparable (there was lots less traffic in the middle of the night). Overall, exactly what I needed. His online reservation form is clear and convenient and he responds extremely quickly.

Had such a great experience with Air Express Cab getting to my early morning flight out of SFO. My driver picked me up right on time (4am!) in Berkeley and we drove off into the sunrise. I was shocked that it took less than a half hour to get there. (He teased me for having asked for a 4am pick up for my 6am flight. But seriously 25 minutes from downtown Berkeley to SFO? Awesome.)
A kind, friendly, punctual, bee-​keeping, soccer-​fanatic taxi driver who gets you to your destination early… What’s not to love?

When the Über app decided to malfunction and it was already 45 minutes before my flight departed, I was ready to «+1» to my number of missed flights. But I reaaaaally did not want to take BART, so I decided to call a taxi.
I was picked up around Unit 3 (UC Berkeley) in 10 minutes by Hussein, and he greeted me with a great big smile. I told him that my flight was leaving in 30 minutes– we weren’t going to make it. That’s when my life changed. He hit the gas and we were flying by cars left and right. I got to the airport in a little over 15 minutes… and guess what– I MADE MY FLIGHT (thank you!!!)
The customer service is great. He tells me he works 24/​7, which is pretty awesome if you ever catch a late flight and don’t want to take BART at 10pm nor pay $ 60 for a taxi. Super friendly!

It was one of those dicey runs to Oakland Airport at four in the morning. If the cab hadn’t shown up, there would have been no way to get there on time. When I swung the door open to check the street at the pickup time, there it was waiting. We floated to the airport neat and sweet as you please. You can’t beat that.
The car was clean, the driver was courteous, and they take plastic, but nothing matters as much as that they were right on time.

Truth Be Told… I have used these guys a few times. It sounds like they are running the business out of house. I have had to typically give them my address 3 or 4 times before they got it right. Then the last two times I called they told me they could pick me up at a different time then what I specified. Then I believe Ali hung up on me. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
