Odyssey Limousine

I made a reservation a month in advance. The guy was nice on the phone. Gave all my info. He said someone would call or text when they showed up in the morning. Aaaaaand he never showed up. Luckily I could get an über. And I still had plenty of time to spare. I see other reviews saying more or less the same thing. If looking for transportation, I’d go with someone more reliable.

My family has been using Odyssey Limousine services for many years, however, we will no longer be doing so. I made a reservation via email on a Wednesday afternoon for a Friday evening ride from SFO to the East Bay. I received a confirmation email, provided my cell phone number, and was told that I would be receiving a text with my driver number once I arrived
My flight arrived early on Friday and I called Odyssey to let them know. The gentleman that I spoke with stated that he had no record of my reservation and was unable to help. When I stated that I had received an email confirmation from him 2 days earlier, his response was «I don’t know what to say. I can’t help you.»
I understand that mistakes are made, but the level of treatment I received afterwards (e.g., no apology, no suggestions about other methods of transportation) was simply unacceptable. If you are looking for a reliable car service, I would look elsewhere.

We used Odyssey for a to/​from trip June 17 and June 24. Not the friendliest of a guy, he was on time though. HOWEVER, when I called to book him again today, June 25, he said he’d call me in 15 minutes, never did. POOR customer service. I called him again a few hours later and he said he had «a lot on his plate, so was stressed». Didn’t offer to discount the trip or whatever. I’m sorry, but that doesn’t fly as good customer service. Won’t use again!!! There are too many companies out there to choose from.

I just booked another trip to the airport with James from Odyssey Limo. I have not needed a ride in almost a year but used to work with Odyssey a lot. The service is so good, it’s the first person I thought of to call even after all these months. I wouldn’t use anyone else and I have had a lot of «other experiences». You will not be disappointed or late. Top notch service always.

I have used Odyssey Limousine several times now. Arrives on time, every time. Even when you have a 4:30 AM pick up or a midnight airport pickup. They are there in the cellphone lot waiting for your call to pull around to get you.
James Woods the owner is the utmost professional. His airport price for a town car is only about $ 15 over the van shuttle we used to use. Stopped using it because it is a 15 passenger van and picked us up in Concord, then made stops in Walnut Creek, Pleasant Hill, Lafayette, Orinda, and Moraga, before it FINALLY got on the freeway to head to the airport! They made sure to fill all 15 seats, and because of that we would get picked up really really early so that they would have time to get everyone else.
No more, for $ 15 more dollars I will gladly take a town car.
