I have used CJ at BAIC for computer repair and networking for about 9 years. They are good at what the do and quick to get things done. Often I can give them access to my computer on line and they can solve problems in a few minutes without either of us leaving our desks.

Our computer was acting slow and we were looking for someone to fix it who has their own little small business and a lot of good feedback. One of our clients told us about BAIC and I called and spoke to CJ and told him what was going on. He suggested I bring it in for a couple hours to see what he could find out. Within the hour, he had told me what was wrong and what he needed to do to fix it and the estimated cost. Lucky for us, it was all done and cleaned up within 3 hours and very affordable. We will use BAIC again and again for all our computer needs and possible purchases.

Fantastic service. They know their stuff and have people skills too! I drive all the way from San Francisco to see these guys. It is well worth it! No geek/​tech attitudes here, just first class full service IT. They are VERY reasonable on pricing, and creative in finding you solutions. I had a laptop crash and they put together a new system, swapped my hard drive and installed Windows 7 along with new memory chips. They made me feel like my needs were an absolute priority and work was first rate. I have had several occasions to use their services and the story is always the same. You can’t go wrong here.

I have had 2 computers cleaned up here. Even when I thought one was not all that bad… oh boy, was I in shock when I got the news on how bad it was (sorry CJ).
The service here is amazing. If you can’t get your system in, he can do it remotely.
Do not hesitate if your system is running funky!!!

BAIC is the only place I go to for my computer troubles. They’re extremely helpful and are not overpriced. When I had a simple computer question, I called Best Buy and they transferred me to the wrong person a few times, put me on hold forever, and sent me online for their «online support» where I found out I would be charged for asking my question. I called BAIC and they answered my question right away. BAIC is the only place me and my family go to to fix our computers or get any help at all that we need, especially at work where we have a bunch of computers that we need help linking to the server and to remote access, etc. BAIC is the best!
