History

Established in 2006.

AWP-​Tech was created in 2006 to offer computer support services to clients in the northern Bay Area. While it remained small for a couple years, it has recently expanded in size and scope, and now offers long term service contracts, packaged web projects, and shared web hosting.

Meet the Business Owner

Andrew P.

Business Owner

Andrew’s the owner, lead technician, and architect of all services and support provided through AWP-​Tech. His priority has always been client support, and AWP-Tech’s goal is to provide approachable, localized, technical support. A majority of services provided through AWP-​Tech is local support services to business and homes, while a growing amount is through the web. Most of the packaged web design and hosting service is provided to local businesses looking to start a website and expand their online business.

For design work, Andrew works with various partners to provide the design and coding of client websites.

Andrew’s technical strengths are in Windows Server, particular 2008 and 2008 R2. For that reason, Linux based servers are managed by Knownhost, the provider of AWP-Tech’s webservers.
