We are a farm to butcher operation. All beef and pork are pasture raised slowly on our farm in Central Oregon without the use of antibiotics, administered hormones, or steroids.
Pono Farm specializes in Wagyu and Red Angus Beef and ‘Old World’ pork. Our beef is raised slowly and fed a diet of grass and locally grown hay. Our hogs are raised on pasture and fed a premium plant based diet consisting of not animal byproducts.
We butcher, cure, smoke, and process all items in our shop.
Our kitchen serves premium handcrafted meals featuring meat from our cases.
