High Plains Marketing & Design was started in Central Oregon in 2010 to help local businesses be discovered online. Since then we’ve expanded our services into Web Design, Graphic Design, and Social Media Management.

Meet the Business Owner

Shawn P.

Business Owner

Shawn started his technical career in 1993 when he enlisted the USAF as a Nuclear Weapons Specialist. After being Honorably discharged in 1997 he move to the Pacific Northwest to in the civilian work force. From 1997 to 2002 Shawn worked for several computer chip manufactures in a variety of roles.

In early 2002 Shawn was asked to join a startup food company to setup and manage all technical and logistics aspects of the the company. After it was taken public and then sold in in 2005 he took his share of profits and started Peschelnet. An IT service based business that catered to businesses located in the Northwest but, needed regional, national, and international service and support.

In 2010, Shawn moved his family to beautiful Central Oregon with a handful of clients and opened up High Plains — Marketing & Design. Since then Shawn has become a respected member of the community and business owner of both Peschelnet & High Plains — Marketing & Design.
