As a woman releasing my car to the most rude company of my life right after a severe car accident was not a pleasant experience at all. This place asked for money up front even though my insurance company told me not to do it. This is a rip off company that only stays open for 2 hours a day so they can collect storage fees. When I called to complain, the owner told me to «SHUT THE FUCK UP».

Today’s experience was a COMPLETE DISASTER! 7 days ago I gave this company a great review and it was well deserved but there is always one person that makes companies look bad. Sincerely disappointed. That flat bed driver was so rude, he should not be allowed to deal with customers. Or should be given a course in customer service. I’ve been the industry so long. Will NEVER USE OR REFER THIS COMPANY AGAIN! Not going to lie, I brag about how gorgeous the woman is at the window, I absolutely love her personality and always looks gorgeous…

I don’t know why this place has horrible reviews but I’m basing my review strictly on the service patrol towing part. I was driving on the freeway and all of a sudden I had a tire blow out pow!!! Pulled over to the side of the freeway and out of nowhere service patrol pulls up literally 5 mins later and saves the day, my technician was named AXEL sorry if I butchered your name but he was fantastic, he was so nice and helpful he popped my spare on and I was on my way, thanks so much for all your help! Great guy!

any body shop and auto service that has been around for over 70 years has to be good as it gets so I don’t understand why there are so many negative reviews?

This place has very rude employees and bad customer service. My car was towed and I called to see how much it would be to pick up the car. The said $ 305 for the first 24hrs. I showed up before the first 24hrs and the guy at the window gave me a higher price so I asked him if he could give me a print out of the fees that I was being charged for. His response with an attitude was «I’ll give you a printout after you pay» I told him that I needed to see what I am being changed for because I was told it would only be $ 305 so he says. Ok just give me $ 305… Wtf. So what was the extra money that you were charging me? And why didn’t you want to show me the fees that I was being charged for? His answer was «I thought your car was here for more than 1day» you thought the car was there for more than one day??? How about looking at the tow date before assuming and trying to overcharge people you incompetent dumbass! That is your only job, at least make a small effort to do your job right.
Anyway, I paid the $ 305 and was ready for them to bring my car out. He gives me my receipt and says. «Go to this address: 10 240 Beverly, that is where your car is located» wtf! If my car is over there then why do you direct people to this location. It would make sense to have an office at the location where you store the vehicles.
Overall thought: these damn people need to be out of business. They are overpriced to start, they have a shitty location, and on top of everything they have the nerve to be rude to the people who are paying their bills.

I normally don’t come and leave reviews on Unilocal,but this place got me so upset that I had to come here and make an account just for this.
I was helped by Susan and the tow truck driver, and both were very rude to me. They damaged my car, and not only denied it, but called me, the customer, a liar and accused me of making false accusations which «insulted» their driver who had been with them for 20 years, in which they also refused to give me his name even when kindly asked.
Susan needs to be removed from her supervisor position immediately, and their driver of 20 years needs to lose his towing certificate, as I think 20 years of screwing people over is long enough. What surprises me further is that I was one of the nicer customers, yet they still treated me they way they did.
It’s a shame that the law doesn’t do anything to protect people like us, other than go to small claims court which would further be a much bigger waste of time and money.
My car is a project, track-​purpose car, and I have to get it towed everywhere I take it due to it’s legality. In the years of towing it and the different companies I have used, this one is the absolute worst of them all, especially in terms of customer service.
Other than leaving a review on Facebook and Google+, I have also opened a claim with the BBB of Los Angeles and Silicon Valley, and will personally pursue it to the end.
EDIT (½/​2016): Can confirm this is STILL the worst towing truck company I have ever used since.

never and i mean never deal with this rude unhelpful assholes. they dont tell you any information on why your car was towed they old lady is a b*tch so avoid dealing with them at all cost

TERRIBLE SERVICE! My friend got her car towed yesterday while at my other friend’s house. PARKED IN HER PARKING SPOT! It cost over $ 300 to get her truck out. THEN, we notice two HUGE dents on the side. So she calls and they are already closed, dispatcher asks us to call back tomorrow which is now today. My friend calls, she was calm and nice, and the guy on the phone couldn’t have been more RUDE. He did not care that his driver dented her truck, he asked why didn’t she call last night we stated she did. Honestly, these people could not care less about anything else but taking your money. I called to get information on the cost/​paperwork I need in order to get my vehicle out, but the dumb idiot that answered the phone couldnt give me that information. I wasnt rude, didnt have attitude in my voice, but the dumb customer service rep had an attitude. I came to a conclusion that it could be because #1 he hasnt slept, #2 he hates his job, #3 he hates his life, #4 relationship issues or #5 he doesnt have a lady and if thats the reason I can see why. There is more to life than being miserable, so if any of the employees from Kenny’s Auto Body/​Towing BS read this, get up, get out and get some fresh air because no one likes being around negative people. Leave that for the cops idiots :)

I wish I could give multiple negative stars… Don’t ever have this place touch your vehicle. Had a vehicle forcibly taken here by the the white collar mafia. These people all work in the same ring… of thieves. I called to collect my belongings they claim that nothing is taken by them, since they have a COUNTY CONTRACT!!! What the hell does that mean… it means nothing to me, and they point fingers to everyone else… BULL!!! They are rude and know that they are protected by the BIG BOSS… Well this is one women who will not back down, even if I have to write to the President Obama… IM JUST GETTING STARTED…

I was recommended here by a good friend to speak to the manager that they know. I figured since I know a guy that knows a guy, I would be taken care of. No such luck… the manager wasn’t even there! I came in about 15 minutes before they were going to close after I had taken an hour off of work to get there on time. When I walked in, one guy rolled his eyes, and one guy scoffed. I told them that I needed to get an estimate for my car & the guy asked me how big the estimate was going to be, as he looked at his watch. I told him that I needed my quarter panel replaced and possibly my tire from it getting shredded by hanging parts. He went outside to look at it, came back in a minute later, complained that he didn’t know how to get onto his bosses computer, and once he hacked the password, asked what insurance company I had. I stated that I would be doing this without my insurance, and he said that’s not the way it works. I assured him that I wanted to do this out of pocket rather than getting insurance companies involved, and he still turned me down. He told me to file a claim and come back, looking at his watch yet again. I got up & left. What a waste of my time! Now to find a different auto body shop…

This is one of the worse place I had ever been in. I would not even give it a star, first they treated me like I was a criminal and managed to insult me in every little question I asked. My car was paid off and was under my moms name, who passed away in cancer. To which the old lady that was working there said, «well now I guess I know why she’s not around anymore, to freeload off her» I was furious, I bit my tongue because they had my car. But it was so unpleasant and so disrespectful. It was a honest mistake my car was there due to having 2 vehicles. I had accidentally put the wrong tags on my car instead of my truck, but they didn’t want to hear that. They will milk out as much as try can to have your car there to get more money. There service was poor. I even saw a worker that had a White power tattoo working there. So I guess I know who I was dealing with.

We had to pick up my aunt’s theft recovery car at Kenny’s this morning, as I guess they are the official tow company for the city of Bellflower. After reading reviews on Yahoo and Unilocal,as well as my own previous experience with other tow yards I figured this would be a total pain in the ass.
I was wrong. They opened up pretty close to on time, and the people there spoke English. It went quick enough. They were not very friendly, but think about the deadbeat people they have to deal with each day.
Anyway, over at the yard they got her car out within 10 minutes. There is really not much to complain about here. It is clean for a tow yard and they did a good job.

Kenny’s was unable to give me any information as to why my vehicle was towed. They hung up on me twice only after telling me they only tow the cars of stupid people who dont pay their registration or tickets. This wouldnt have upset me as much if it had been true, however the registration on the vehicle was current & I didnt owe any tickets. In the business they are in, you would think they’d be prepared for customers to call them upset &/​or frustrated. What gets me is that I was calm when I called them, knowing getting upset wasnt going to help the situation any. I feel they mistook my kindness for weakness and felt they could treat me any which way they like
