I must say I had the best and fast experience here. They were nice and professional they kept me up to date in the process of my repairs. My car looks as good as new.

Brought our Honda Odyssey in to get a fender bender fixed. The staff provided excellent customer service. My wife and I are very happy with the workmanship. It was worth having to wait for an open slot to get our vehicle fixed. I highly recommend this auto body shop.

Horrible, horrible, and horrible customer service!
We left our car for the estimate, unfortunately our insurance company wanted to write it off as a total loss, and we have decided to take our vehicle elsewhere as Eurotech’s estimate was too high.
The nightmare began, we informed Eurotech that we would take our vehicle to another body shop, and were told by Eurotech they were going to return all the damaged parts to us, we ordered a tow truck to go to Eurotech to pick up our vehicle, then they refused to release our vehicle as our insurance company did not pay for the «storage fee».
Then we instructed our insurance company to pay for the storage fee, and we had to order the tow truck (i.e. second time), and Eurotech did not keep its promise and release all the damaged parts to the tow truck driver, we called Carlos and he refused to admit that it was their mistakes, and we ended up making two trips personally just to pick up the damaged parts from Eurotech.
We were so glad that we did not leave our vehicle with Eurotech, stay away from this body shop our honest opinion is!!!

My husband and I received a warm welcome from VERONICA front desk she explained everything to us and then she referred us to Lesley Rojas:) where we walked outside to our vehicle she took pictures she said the car will be done in a week but to our surprise it was done in two days that’s amazing…

You can bring salvaged parts to Eurotech for mounting/​installation!
Got a bad crack on my skirt/​rocker panel. I was going to pay out of pocket for repairs and found a salvaged rocker panel online. I brought the salvaged part to Eurotech and they repainted it and installed it, no problem.
This place keeps getting better and better :)

Take your car to the dealer for repairs. This shop does not do dealership quality work.

Recently our 2012 Prius got rear ended by some BMW on the freeway and Mercury insurance refereed us to an assigned bodyshop. I was not comfortable with them just picking any body shops for me so I asked for a list of 8 – 10 shops found in the Anaheim area. After carefully vetting out all the reviews on Unilocal/​google I decided to pick Eurotech due to their good reviews at the Cerritos location.
Alex Mezza was the gentleman that assured us this prius will be fixed correctly and gave us an ETA about 3 weeks. He was very knowledgeable about the process and was very active in informing me what’s being done next to our car. The vehicle was finally fixed and ready for pickup at this Bellflower location 1 week ahead of schedule.
We were very happy with the results and work done on our car. My experience was great which is sometimes unheard of in situations like this… but I am glad it was done and DONE right. Very satisfied with the service and wanted to say please keep up the great work Alex and Eurotech!

This might be unfair, but I have to rate this place a 1 star for refusing to do service with me.
I got into an accident and have my insurance with AAA. They recommended this place. I’m sure this place is great if they can work on your car, so don’t let my interview impact your decision to choose the place.
I was denied because my car had a custom paint job. Because of that, they said they cannot match the paint when doing the repairs. I told them I just wanted it repaired, and then I can take the car elsewhere and get a new paint job (of which I would pay for myself). But they still wouldn’t do it. They said they don’t do «half-​jobs» because of previous experience with a customer that had a custom paint job but they went through hell to match the paint (and couldn’t). I guess instead of communicating first about what to do, or even have a contract to say they aren’t responsible for the paint job, they just flat out deny the service.
I don’t care about the paint. I’ve painted it before, and I’ll paint it again. I just want the broken parts fixed/​replaced.
I will say that the gentleman that reviewed the car was very courteous and respectful, albeit not very helpful. Take this review with a grain of salt as my situation is very specific, but I would assume I’m not the only person out there with a custom paint job. So if you have had your car repainted, be mindful before contacting this place. Otherwise, go for it, as their service seems friendly and the other reviews are glowing.

First off, let me say that the actual work that Eurotech provides on cars is excellent. I recently experienced an unknown someone doing a hit and run on my car and my insurance referred me to Eurotech to get it fixed. My car now looks great, so kudos to them! The receptionists and the mechanics all were very nice as well – probably one of the best customer service that I have even received from any auto repair and body shop.
The reason why I am providing a one star review to this company however is one of two things. The first is that they had worked on my right door and had taken something apart from the right side of the trunk area. Upon receiving and inspecting the car, I find that the side of the trunk that they worked on was still open with all the parts were spilling out. I informed them and they go to fix it, but for such a company, I really find it shocking that they wouldn’t do last inspections on EVERYTHING they touched and worked on to make sure that everything is in the proper place.
My second grievance deals with my gas. When I had dropped off the car, I had about 15 miles range for gas. Upon receiving the car and after getting my first issue fixed (the trunk not being put back together), I go to drive m car and notice that the gas range doesn’t even indicate a millage any more. I make my way to the gas station where my car eventually stalls. I had to ask another person to push the car so that I can get it gassed up. I know I have partial responsibility for not bringing the car full tank at Eurotech, but if they had seen that the gas is empty, especially after working on the car for 9 days, they could have easily filled it up and then just charged me. I had such a horrible experience and I think that some of these things could have been avoided. I don’t know if I would be coming back to this place again.

Highly recommended. Very well-​run and organized shop, super friendly counter staff, super friendly customer service. They did. an excellent job on my truck repair. Went above and beyond as my truck has never looked better. They even polished my Old and rusty chrome rims.

MOST UPDATED REVIEW PLEASE READ: They were very professional and very nice! My only problem was the QUOTE TIME. They quoted me 1and a half week and it has been almost three. Word of advice before you turn in your car please have your transportation figured out so its easier on you! I can’t describe how upsetting it is to be told week after week on how it’s not done. They actually made me wait another two days just to wax my car when it should have been ready for pick up the day of!

I took my car to Eurotech twice in 2014 to get the same side of my car fixed up. I worked with Alex the first time, and Lesley Rojas the 2^nd time. Both were extremely pleasant and professional, and kept me dutifully informed. Eurotech did excellent work and I would gladly use them again in the future.

The most legit autobody shop I have ever been seen or heard of. Even though I didn’t drive a luxury car or paying out of my pocket I was taken care of like first class business. The turnaround time for my vehicle for the type of damage I received was about a week. I would highly recommend.

I brought my car here to repair my rear bumper after i had been rear ended one day on my way home from work. I am so glad i chose eurotech because they did an AWESOME job. I got my car back looking in better shape than it was before i had gotten hit. The front receptionist is very friendly and welcoming and my evaluator lesley was also very nice and super professional and she did not make me feel like i was being a bother after calling in a few times just to check on the status of my car. They have a very clean and well run establishment here, they know what theyre doing. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone.

I’m a true car enthusiast’s and I have seen the results of the work done here at Eurotech in Bellflower, CA. It’s beautiful in every sense of the word. They have truly gifted people working here that brought my wrecked/​damaged vehicle back to it’s original glory. Also, the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied, and were flexible. They made my Lexus GS 350 look like it had just came from the dealership. They were able to color match and clear coat perfectly. They have an exquisite attention to detail and all the body parts they placed on my car were flush. I had a better experience here than at the Lexus Certified Collision Center on Paramount and South Street in Long Beach.

I had been in a three car pile up on New Years Eve and was looking for an auto body shop that could help me out fast!
AAA recommended Eurotech to me and I’m so so so happy they did. They were attentive, informative and patient with me. They let me know what was happening through every step of the process and explained things to me that I didn’t fully understand.
I had never been in an accident before or even had to make a claim. They helped me get a rental and had my car ready over the weekend. Not only did my car look brand new, every inch inside and outside was detailed! My Honda Element honestly looked better than I had it before! I worked with Hector and Angelique! They were more than amazing!
A week or two later, the catalytic converter was stolen off of my car. I had it towed to Eurotech, thinking it was something from the repair, and they helped me get a new one even though they didn’t have to!
