Great customer service, but I felt like I’m being ripped off at this place looking at the estimate of repairing. Originally they gave me a $ 1600 estimate, but when I went to another autoshop in Seattle that works with AAA insurance they told me my car doesnt need that much of work to be done. I showed them Abra’s estimate and compared the one they gave me, whic was $ 990, it was jusy too big of a difference. I trusted the one in Seattle more because I’vr had my car repaired there and reading the reviews about Abra made me had a doubt on them. Probably not coming here again.

Precision went above and beyond when taking care of my car. Damaged in an accident, my car needed some significant body work. Bruce at Precision was amazing. He explained all of the work in detail, making sure that I understood the process clearly. He handled the insurance and rental companies for me, making the entire situation seamless and easy! Throughout the repairs, I received email and text message updates, assuring me that my car would be completed on time. And when I picked it up? The inside had been vacuumed and air was put in my tires! I was thrilled :) I would recommend Precision to anyone and everyone! Thank you!

Wow! That describes the work and the service. Insurance company said repairs would take 3 days but these guys at the Bellevue ABRA/​Presicion Collision fixed, painted, and detailed my car in 1 day. Super Super Super impressive work!

Got rear ended when I was completely stopped. Got car repaired, but I noticed some punctured holes in the back of my head rests. Also, my glove compartment, which I had locked prior to bringing my car in, was unlocked when I got the car back. Had some gum stolen from somewhere else in my car as well. Horrible employees who take every chance to steal your stuff. They also didn’t bother to get my wheel alignment checked; had to take my car back to get that fixed.
On a more positive note, they detailed my car.

Went to the Bremerton shop because it is the one my insurance company wanted. Was quoted 700.00 for a minor dent, the final price was 1800.00 dollars! They promise step by step up dates but did not do it. I had to keep calling to find out what was going on. They replaced my door with a junkyard door instead of fixing the dent. Had to pay 300 for the used door and a new OEM door was 400. So now I have to worry about this door having problems in the future.

AMAZING staff & customer service. They are honest and quick & do an awesome job :). The lady at the front handled everything for me and was honest about everything.
A huge plus: Your car will be clean when you pick it up :).
I will definitely be back soon to finish the rest of my repairs!

They took the stress out of my accident. Because they were a «preferred» repair shop with my insurance company, it saved me a $ 100. My car looked great after the accident.

Brought in car for repair to the front end. They estimated 2 weeks for repair and said they would call with updates. Well, I never received any updates so I called back periodically to check on progress. After two weeks, they said they’d need a couple more days. Fine. After 2 ½ weeks, they said they’d need a couple MORE days. After 3 ½ weeks they still were not done and did not have an estimate on completion time.
The manager was incredibly rude and unprofessional. (Thankfully my insurance company was paying for a rental and the repairs.)
Finally just retrieved vehicle after 4 ½ weeks. My rental coverage had run out and I just needed my car back. It was MOSTLY repaired but still incomplete.
Took it to Gerber’s in Bellevue and it was done in 2 days.

Nice place. People are pretty nice. I did have to return to have a lil mistake fixed– I don’t think my car is exactly as it was before but who cares– they really cleaned my car while they had it!
