I called just about every paintless-​dent repair and body shop listing on Unilocal Monday morning. Most were weeks out and gave ridiculous quotes.
I finally found Doug, who was fantastic to communicate with over phone/​text and was also able to fit me in the next morning for a fender dent and rocker panel bulge. Other shops and dent guys told me was impossible to do and would need to be replaced.
It took no more than 2 hours and the results were fantastic! Couldn’t be more happy. Thanks!

Took in my Subaru BRZ with some dents and scratches on the side. Very responsive on the phone. Very upfront and clear in expectations when I got my quote. Did an amazing job, looks just like new. They also polished out some additional scratches at no additional charge when I picked it up. Doug was very professional, would absolutely use again.

I received a door ding from a not so careful valet parking attendant on my Tesla Model S. Long story short, the restaurant denied it and my insurance company didn’t want to pay for the full repair. Someone backed into the driver’s side door of my Rogue in a parking lot and left a nasty dent at the bottom of the door that caused the door to buckle in a couple of places leaving a rather nasty situation for a PDR specialist. I tried Mr. Detail’s PDR guy and he wouldn’t touch it claiming it needed body work, which I was trying to avoid.
Doug quoted me a little more than I was hoping to pay to fix the dent, but I knew that the body work would cost way more and probably cause the paint on my car to look inconsistent so I gave him a shot and he did not disappoint! He came to my work garage and within a couple of hours he had the dent out completely! Other than a couple of stray scuffs you couldn’t tell there was a dent there at all! He polished it up quite nicely, too.
Before going to a body shop, definitely talk to Doug. He seems like a really honest guy and could at least refer you to a good body shop if you need body work.

I just got my car repaired. He is really cool guy and the work was done quite well. He fixed the ding of my passenger’s side door to mostly invisible level just in ten minutes. I really appreciated it. However, the address link to his business seemly incorrect. He is actually doing mobile business. The best way should be to call him first and make a arrangement. I strongly recommend this guy if you have similar unfortunate problem just like me (some one in the parking lot made a ding in my door).

Got Doug’s name from Steve’s Custom Cars in Bellevue (also highly recommended). Called Doug for a difficult dent on the right rear quarter panel (on the body line) of my wife’s BMW328I convertible. When he was done he called us out to inspect his work. He is a magician! There was absolutely no trace of the dent, the body line was perfectly restored, and there was no damage to the paint. He also noticed another small dent, low down on the driver’s door and fixed that too! I was nervous about letting just anyone work on my wife’s car, but Doug did a great job (he has lots of the right tools, which is always a good sign). He is priced a little higher than others, but when you see his work you will be glad to spend a little extra. Happy wife, happy life!

I had Doug fix a dent on my son’s car (an older Nissan well past it’s prime). I expected it to look better but fully expected to be able to see where the dent was because it was a pretty good crunch. When I saw the car I couldn’t believe it! I could not tell the car was dented and Doug even fixed another dent just to make the whole car look better. He is a magician! I have seen his work on Mercedes, BMW’s, Ferrari’s, and his work is astonishing!

Doug met me at my work, did the job very well and very quickly — so quickly he even charged less than the estimate! Doesn’t get much better than that. So much easier than dealing with a body shop.

Ive worked at car dealerships all my life and simply put Ive never seen anyone do the work Doug does. Not only is the work above and beyond expectations every single time, but Doug is amazing in every other business aspect as well. He answers his phone every time you call. He is ALWAYS 100% up front. On the rare occasion that you have to leave a message he calls you back as soon as possible. When he says he will be there at 1230, he’s there at 1230. Doug never tries to take on something he doesnt know he can 100% get done properly. If he is not sure it will be perfect he lets you know it may not be 100%. There is never any surprises. His prices are very reasonable. Lets face it, even if you find someone for $ 20 cheaper, I’d rather pay $ 20 more dollars knowing that its going to be done properly and turn out properly. Please give Doug a call and at least have him look at a dent before you think about going to a body shop and paying Labor, cost of parts, cost of paint etc. Saves you hundreds and hundreds of dollars. Some paintless dent removal places won’t touch motorcycles, but Doug not only took on a tricky gas tank dent, he removed it to about 99.99% percent (the result was much better than I expected given the location). Bonus: He’s super friendly, professional, responds quickly to inquires and his prices are beyond fair.
I have nothing but praise for Doug and am looking forward to recommending him to friends and family every chance I get

Doug not only is a good friend but an amazing and talented dent repair specialist. I’ve worked with him for many many years and have sent him dozens of vehicles. Everytime I am amazed at his workmanship. I send all my friends and contacts to Doug with confidence that he will do the job well! Doug does excellent work. I had a BMW M6 with a new paint job that is smooth as glass. It had a dent in the rear left side behind the door. Some idiot (probably drunk) on a bicycle at Frisko Freeze in Tacoma fell over right next to my car (he had plenty of space, but he just HAD to go right next to my car), putting a dent in the car. The culprit had no permanent address, and claimed he was a college student from Seattle. Total loser. Anyway, Doug made sure the interior of my car was removed properly to access the panel. He went so far as to talk to Strictly BMW in Bellevue to get special instructions on how to remove the panel and other items to access the inside of the sheet metal. When he was done, the metal and paint were perfect. The interior was all back in place and you could not tell the car had been touched.
