I brought my car in for a tune-​up in 2005. Everything was fine until recently, when the check engine light came in and I brought my car to another service center. The engine was mis-​firing. Apparently Harvey’s had installed cheap replacement spark plugs. That’s not the biggest problem. They only replaced 3 of the six spark plugs (I paid for six). The new service center told me that the easy ones were replaced, the ones that were left were more difficult to access.
A place like that has no integrity. I found my receipt from 2005 and it clearly states that I paid for 6 new spark plugs.

Now called Discovery Auto but still FANTASTIC. Quang is the man. I just had the best experience. He’s very honest and helpful. I will without question return. I went because of the last review so I thank that person for the honesty.
